Quick and friendly service! I called at 8am and they were here by noon to figure out my issue. And had it working again that day. Very nice technician and office staff!

The Charlton's Techs came out, were very nice, professional and did a great job of fixing our a/c. Very affordable too!

The technicians were nice and knowledgeable. They had our air conditioner running in no time and at more than half the cost of competitors estimate.

My furnace was acting up and it was pretty cold out. They showed up fairly quickly did a thorough inspection, replaced a couple parts fixed the roof, as it hadn’t been sealed properly, and tweaked my water heater. I will call them again if my furnace acts up again.

Charlton's has been my heat and air guys for over 25 years. During that time, Ted,Josh and Jon have provided excellent service. When I'm in a jam on weekends or nights, they have responded quickly. I highly recommend Charlton's for your heat and air needs.

I called as a new customer to have them come out to check my AC. The customer service was delightful and informative. He called me back to let me know they were in the area and would arrive within 5 mins of his phone call. They showed up less than 20 mins after I initially called. Fantastic response time!

Either totally clueless or complete crooks, told us we needed a new unit and then put a switch in backward to make unit inoperable. Called another company who found their sabotage and fixed the real, minor issue in 15 min. Do not recommend and will never call again.

I called and spoke to a lady about having my heat pumps serviced. She said she would have someone out within a couple of days and I never heard from them again.

You will definitely get awesome service from this business. Their staff was conscious of the current covid conditions, kind, wore booties, and masks the whole time. I had accidentally booked a day where they were closed for the holiday, and rather than canceling my time and rescheduling, they honored the booking and provided stellar service. The technician was able to answer all of my questions, expand upon each subject and provide sound advice when requested. We are elderly my husband is 85 with dementia and our air quit working in the middle of the night Jhosh fit us in within a couple hours of my call had us fixed and running strong within a hour thank you so much.

Tyler, and Matt, showed up on time. Professional and so nice. It was in the upper 90s in the house when they arrived. They quickly found and fixed the problem. If you need AC work, This is the only phone call you need to make.
A big shout out to Amy, she was friendly and patient with me. It was so hot in the house. I was crying. She got everything taken care of to get Tyler & Matt here.

Excellent company, I would recommend for all Ac services. We have been happy with our maintainence calls in the past and this year we had a new Ac system put in and are very happy with the work.
