This Company is very reliable. I called and they responded within a short amount of time. They are very professional and explained what was wrong and what they did to make the repair. While they were here they did some preventative maintenance. I would highly recommend them!

If you are having to call an HVAC company, odds are your day has been pretty sour. Phil was beyond exceptional. He was quick, he was courteous and when the part we needed wouldn't be available for a few days, he got us set up with a couple portable units to hold us over and make sure our 4 month old was comfortable. Can't thank him enough for his hard work.

They was able to get to us pretty fast and was very professional and knew what they were doing and got it fixed pretty fast to.

Cummins Heat and Air saved the day! Our AC unit quite working last night and Jason was here first thing this morning. He was able to fix it within 10 minutes, before the temperature soared to nearly 100 degrees! I highly recommend them for any new Heat and Air equipment/issues. They have friendly and knowledgeable technicians!

Entire crew was efficient, courteous, kept us aware of status of the installation, when they were leaving, when they would return, cleaned everything well and answered all questions that we had - great job!

I am building my own house and got three bids for a new HVAC install. Cummins was right in line with one of the others, and a lot less than one of the big Trane dealers in Bartlesville. So far Cummins heat and air has been my best and and most reliable contractor!! They are very responsive to request and do great work! I couldn’t be happier with there end result!!

These guys did a fantastic job at fixing our HVAC so quickly and were very knowledgeable respectful and kind and we will definitely keep them in mind in the future! We need more people like this in the workforce!

The gentleman who came on 12/21 around noon figured out what was wrong and ordered the control board. We didn't own the house when the original unit was installed in 2015. They honored the 10-year warranty for the part! Saved us $520!! He came back out the next day and installed it before noon when it was 0° and -21° windchill! Did cost us two service trips, but they earned it in those low temperatures and quick service.

I called Cummins Heat and Air one day they said they could be out the next day at 8:30. They text me and let me know he was on his way that morning and he came ,my fan motor was out on my air conditioner. He replaced it and was gone by 10 o’clock. I am very, very pleased. Would use this company every time that I have a heat and air problem. recommend it if you have a problem staying warm or cold call them.

I call Cummins whenever we’ve had a problem and it’s always been good. They were able to fit an air duct cleaning in before we moved into a new house and have serviced both air conditioners. Both repairs were due to no AC in the house and they came those mornings to get the AC back on asap.

Tech performed required check of AC unit and advised of results as to why unit wasn’t performing properly. Cummins supplied a window air unit to help out until new unit could be installed. Very much appreciated.
New unit has now been installed. Very pleased with all the efforts made to complete the job when temperatures were soaring. Good job!

My air conditioner went out over the weekend. I called them first thing Monday morning and they were here within the hour and fixed the problem!
