He did his job technically...he replaced whatever was broken in my freezer in just a couple minutes, however, when I went to test the ice maker, it wasn't spitting out ice like it should...as this is what was wrong. Eventually, he found out that something else as broken in the ice box itself and I needed a new one. It annoyed me that he didn't find this when he was out a few days prior doing the diagnosing. Although, he was helpful in finding me the part I needed to order off of ebay. So, mostly a good experience, but it wasn't perfect.

Daniel was extremely nice, very professional, was on time and kept us apprised of what was going on each step of the way during the job. He showed up originally to analyze the problem so he could get what he needed to perform the repairs and return. He came back when he rescheduled the repairs, again on time, but before he started the repairs, he noticed a problem with the fridge that was going to be a long term, non fixable problem that would only get worse over time , informed us of what the problem was and how it would affect the operation of the fridge, which would make the original repairs a mute point which saved us a lot of money and didn’t charge us any additional charges other than the first response call. Excellent service and would recommend him to anyone and everyone for their appliance repair needs.

Just WOW! Daniel came out three weeks ago, and because I didn’t have a water filter he couldn’t diagnose the problem. I felt terrible I’d wasted his time. He came back the next day after I got a water filter, but then it wasn’t leaking. So he said I had 30 days to call again. Sure enough it started leaking. He came right back out, figured out the problem, ordered the part and installed it 2 days later. He was on time, texted when on his way, courteous, and efficient. You can’t get better than that!
