Fantastic service! Luke & Anthony are amazing! They are professional, punctual, knowledgeable, kind & provide great communication. I truly appreciate the time they took in explaining the process, answering all of my questions, & ensuring they could achieve the results I wanted. It's very evident Luke & Anthony take pride in their work! I had a cavern underneath my newly purchased home's driveway from years of gutter outflow draining into unsealed joints causing an uneven surface, collapsing support, rough edges & cracks. Luke & Anthony used their expertise to level the sections, shifting them back into their original position & then smoothed & caulked the joint spaces. I can't believe how good it looks & am even happier that we are no longer at risk of collapse! I highly recommend Groundworks & Luke & Anthony.

Rory was absolutely incredible. Very professional and easy to talk with. He was able to explain everything to me in a way I was able to understand it. Thorough as heck, measurements, pictures, explained what was what and how they operate. He made an experience where I know im going to have to spend a decent amount of money much more enjoyable. On time, called the day before to confirm and the morning of to let me know he was on his way. 15/10.

Like W and Anthony M represented GroundWorks very well today. They called to let us know they were on the way. Showed up promptly, knocked on the door and explained why they were here and asked to see the patio to fix. The job went quickly with lots of explaining to me since I was really curious and asked lots of questions. They were done in a couple hours and cleaned up and explained what they did and about the 5 year warranty. Job well done!

We contacted Groundworks to come assess some cracks in our driveway and the concrete walkway around our pool. They had been recommended to us by friends who had used them and were extremely happy with their work.

Chris Stewart, one of their Certified Field Inspectors, came out Friday afternoon to discuss our concerns and to get more information. After he did a thorough inspection of the areas, he came back in to talk to us. The aerial map of our house and property where he had added in our cracking spaces was most impressive. He even identified what he referred to as a more “critical” area, that we hadn’t even been paying attention to or even notice much.

After discussion and going over options, Chris told us that while they could certainly help if we wanted it, he didn’t feel that what we were trying to address (mainly the aesthetics of the cracks) were well suited to the bulk of the work they do (foundations, concrete lifts etc). He suggested approaching our issues perhaps with a general contractor that was better equipped to do tasks such as crack repair.

We won’t be using Groundworks for this. So why did I give them 5 stars? We were SO impressed with Chris and his knowledge, he was super easy to talk to and his experience was unquestionable. The honesty and integrity that Chris, and thus the Groundworks company, showed was most appreciated, especially when not all companies might take that approach and just try to write a contract even if it wasn’t in the best interest of the customer.

We have no doubt that if our situation deteriorates or we need different kinds of work done, we would without hesitation reach back out to Chris, and use Groundworks in the future! I hope you will consider them as well!

My husband and I had an outstanding experience with Groundworks from the initial inspection yo the completed leveling work. Their customer service was superior and honest-they clearly explained the entire house leveling process and answered all of our questions. The team kept us informed, showed up on time, and made sure the job was done right. Rory and the crew were professional, efficient, and respectful of my home and property. The quality of work exceeded our expectations, and we truly appreciate their integrity and workmanship.

They stopped by on a neighborhood Cold Call canvassing. Like several before them, I said "Sure take a look at my roof..." and I explained exactly what other companies had found and where to look. They confirmed what others had said. Like the others they said "We'll get back to you.." The difference is, they actually did. Within a day !!

They got up on my roof, found the few small issues that needed attention and took care of them. No high pressure up-sales or dire storylines. I asked how much and they said No Charge. They said they felt sad about how others had made their industry look bad with their poor service and wanted to make it right.

THAT is the type of professionalism and dedication that has been lost to so many small contractors.

I'm almost waiting for the next hail storm just so I can hire them.

Poor service after the job is complete! If they install a new product that breaks or proves defective, pay close attention when they repair/replace that item so you are sure to get the exact same thing. Roofing itself was well done and we have no complaints. The rub is they cheated us by replacing an additional, warrantied product we purchased with one that is not identical in its level of function to the item we purchased. It has been more than 8-9 months that we’ve been waiting for them to correct their mistake. Levon hasn’t proven himself to be the honest, honorable man we had thought he was before and during the roofing job. We do have faith that he will eventually make this right but until he does, potential new customers deserve to know the truth about our experience with the owner of Impact Construction Edmond and the company behind the services they might be considering.

After a few years of our homeowners insurance denying claims for a new roof, Impact Roofing came to the rescue. Impact had a new roof approved, paid for, and installed in record time. It was a great experience and our new roof looks fantastic.

Repaired a hole in my roof and replaced electrical mast boot. Casey was a God sent! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Completed the job the following day. Rates can't be beat. I would reccomend Impact Construction and will definetely be a return customer in the future. Thank you Casey!

Impact Roofing responded promptly to concerns I had last month. Staley made sure I was taken care of. Levon and all his staff are so helpful and nice. Even the receptionist called to let me know they were running a little behind, which I always appreciate from companies but don’t always get. Thanks!!

These guys are incredible. They keep you informed and on track through the entire process. We weren’t scheduled for another week, when they called us to say they had an opening, if we were interested. As luck would have it it was perfect timing. We said yes, and they sent two crews to our house. Literally, they completed our entire roof, start to finish, in one day. Cleaned up, picked up any stray nails with a big magnet, and hauled off all the trash. These guys are professional, courteous, and are very educated. I recommend “Impact Construction”, without hesitation, to everyone that needs roofing. They’re fair and honest. Something that’s difficult to find in today’s world. They also deal with the Insurance Company for you, with no hassle. We are extremely satisfied with the work they accomplished. If ever needed, we will definitely call them again...

Carlton at Impact Construction group was very helpful in explaining processes and questions and prompt in making and keeping appointments. He clarified insurance questions and made sure coverage was understood. Quality and transparency and prime concern for the customer were shown at every level. Company seems to seek total satisfaction and quality for their work, and for the customer, and that is one big plus!

I used Impact Construction to replace my roof and gutters after the October ice Storm in 2020. They did an excellent job. They were timely and punctual throughout the whole process from start to finish. I would highly recommend and will use them again if the need arises.

Great customer service and very responsive to our situation. Discovered two roof leaks on Monday evening and called Donna with Impact Construction Group and she was so helpful. She worked on getting a crew to come out on Tuesday to get the roof leaks stopped at no charge ! Donna kept us in the loop and contacted us numerous times during the day to let us know when crew would be out and understood our immediate needs. We highly recommend Impact Construction Group in Edmond, Oklahoma!

I have had to deal with multiple roof replacements as a homeowner in Oklahoma. I highly recommend Impact, definitely the best experience I have had yet. In addition to the original installation a follow up concerning a small leak around the fireplace was handled quickly and effectively.
