We had an outdoor outlet for on us. AES were very knowledgeable and helpful. Sent someone out to our house, had the problem identified and solved in no time at all. Very friendly service. Will absolutely use them again!

Hired these guys to fix a fan / light in a bedroom . After waiting a week they showed up first time told me the bulbs were causing the issue so we changed the bulbs they were here four 10 minutes at best. It worked for almost four hours. so I called them back told them the same issue was still happening. They scheduled another appointment for a week later. Showed up said it was the switch. They changed the switch. They were here for 20 minutes. That worked again for another couple of hours. So I scheduled another appointment for them to fix the problem. I took off work again for the appointment and they called 20 MINUTES before the appointment to tell me they were not coming back as the issue was the fam. I asked that each and every time and was told no especially since the fans works and has never stopped. I chose this company as it was referred by a friend and their website says RAPID RESPONSE. I guess if a week is rapid response they nailed it. I would not use this company as none of the technicians speak much english or are unable to understand what you are trying to say. I even tried to give them additional work the second time to help them off set cost with the return visit. they told me they were to busy and that I would have to call and schedule that.
