Great help. Very knowledgeable staff. Not the friendliest. But I got my part and fixed my leak.

They seem to hire guys who know the stock and how to use it, but many know little about how to deal with anyone who is not a pro. Many of us do-it-yourselfers find the customer service a bit off-putting.

They have just about any part you could need. However, they are $$$ and not too customer service friendly to those NOT in the trades.

Great products but customer service needs some work

I go here every once in a while when I need certain specialty items right away. They've got on-the-shelf items that may be hard to find at other local stores like Ace, Lowe's, and Home Depot.

Like others are mentioning here, the customer service is very interesting. The employees are not the most friendly bunch, which makes me wonder what the store owner is thinking by letting this persist.

I would try Locke Supply if you can't get the items you need at Lowe's or Home Depot. Their prices are pretty good. If you know what you need going in to the store, then you won't need to make much contact with the employees and shouldn't have any problems.

While remodeling my house I was making a lot of trips to this location. I had the chance to be helped by almost everyone that works there. One thing for sure, you know that people that work here are way more knowledgeable than most of the other people that work at competitor's location.

If there is one thing I do not like much about this place is the price difference that you pay if you are a contractor and the one you pay if you are just a regular customer.

Some guy was helping me fix an AC unit and told me to go there and pick up a part for him. I forgot to give them his company name and he was furious that they charged me almost double the price he usually pays.

What I like about this location is that if they don't have what you are looking for they will tell you where to find it or even call another location for you.

The plumbing dept could use a crash course in customer service. Very rude.

They are incredibly rude and they are not as helpful as any of the other lockes in the metro. Worst locke around, just because of the employees.

Was treating completely condescendingly because I was not a contractor who knows the exact terms and nomenclature. They have hard to find parts but not worth being talked down to.

Good supply and reliable service. However, this is overshadowed by the store's lack of compliance with Covid-19 related city ordinances for mask wearing and social distancing. Entered and saw at least 5 employees and 7 customers - none wearing masks or social distancing as required. Therefore, going to this store is a higher public health risk.

Tattooed girl not friendly. Mumbled her words and didn't seem to like her job.

Zero stars. I went in to find an adapter for my pool pump and the MORON behind the counter stated in a quite rude voice "If it's for pools, I don't have it". Did not even want to provide service to a paying customer, do NOT do business with these people
