I had an issue with another company and called on Heritage Services for a second opinion. Ethan came out and within 30 minutes found the problem that the other company had missed. I ended up with a 300.00 repair instead of a 9700.00 new system that the other company insisted I had to have.

They were great. I spoke with Thane on the phone and he had a technician out to me the same day to replace my hot water heater and fix my garbage disposal

Blake came out today and was extremely thorough and went out of his way to repair our showers. I’d definitely use them again for service.

The guys were courteous and professional and did a great job finding and repairing leaks in my air conditioner lines. I would definitely recommend Heritage Services Plumbing, Heating and Cooling.

I had my air conditioning unit replaced with Heritage at the end of April. Many HVAC companies do not offer a solid warranty for the unit replacement, but Heritage offers 1 year for labor and 10 years for parts + coil.
In June we noticed firstly that the house wasn't staying cool- then, the home was HOT. Heritage came by, assessed that some ductwork needed fully replaced, and provided all of the service under the warranty.
Our home has been perfect ever since!

My real estate brokerage firm has a bunch of residential and commercial properties that need various HVAC maintenance from time to time. I ALWAYS contact Thane and his team are very professional, reasonably priced and simply top notch for all our A/C needs. This Oklahoma weather demands that A/C units are receiving the best care and upkeep and Thane ensures that our properties are always nice and cool!

My small business AC stopped working during a week it was fairly warm outside, and it is VERY inconvenient to have employees and clients in the space without AC. Contacted Thain at heritage services for help with our AC and a tech was sent the very next morning. Thorough communication is a huge plus! Pricing was very reasonable as well.

These guys bailed us out when we had a mix up with another company. We were left with 1 out of 3 working units in this OK heat. They came out the next day to get a quote together and had 3 new units (compressors and coils) replaced within a couple of days. The tech's were incredibly polite and efficient (even tip-toeing in and out because of a sleeping toddler!) I can't sing their praises enough. Wish we had used them from the beginning, but it all worked out as now we have an incredible relationship/company to use going forward.

I called with a potential problem, and by the afternoon, a technician had contacted me, and then was out within two hours to address my issue. The responsiveness was impressive! Will look forward to my future services with Heritage services, plumbing and heating and air.
