I called them because there was a discrepancy between my Web search and what I could find on the webpage. Waited for three minutes for someone to come to the phone. She could not answer my question. So, said she had to go check and after 17 more minutes past, I got disconnected from their side!!
I have no idea if that is how they treat everyone, but it certainly is how they treated me. -
