If you're delivering big trees to this location make sure you call them first. They might want you at a different location. They sent me to 5085 west charter oak rd

My oak sapling was cut in half while they were weed whacking. Called to complain, but the lady we spoke to denied it, laughed at my boyfriend, then lied to us when they said they would investigate.

Great team! They love what they do and are invested in the best job possible.

Spent thousands of dollars with them landscaping a new home last year. Much of it was damaged in the winter storm in February and called, e-mailed and texted for 3 months for them to come back out and could not get a response. Had to go with another firm.

These guys are absolutely the best. I love watching the guys spider monkey up the trees on classes curve to put up the Christmas lights. Thank you for making that street beautiful during the holidays and during the regular days with your lawn care!

A Pitzer Lawn vehicle blocked the diesel pump for 30 minutes. When I asked if they would be willing to move so others can get fuel, they stated they are on lunch and sitting in the shade.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with what Pitzers has acomplished with our yard. No weeds and a deep, plush green yard! We appreciate their attentiveness and their good attitudes.

Wow...I’m new to using Pitzer’s and am so pleased! They fertilized with those little ball things then came back through and blew off the sidewalks and porches. Awesome! We used to have to that ourselves with last lawn care company. The little things make the difference. Highly recommend!!!

Would not return phone calls to get an estimate for service. Finally over a week of trying talk someone, David just drove by our house, did not inquire exactly what service we were needing. Unfortunately I received an email stating that Pitzer did not want our business.

Dont waste your time Pitzer is to big of a company to be bothered doing small jobs.. Never seen a business turn down money. I asked for an estimate for a 2 acre yard mowing, trimming, landscaping and possibly tree removal. Apparently they only offer sod n tree removal to businesses. Ok but dont tell me someone will be by to look at the yard and give me an estimate and then email me saying your schedule is full and wont be able to provide a quote. Its called a schedule for a reason. Just say you dont want to waste your time doing a residential yard. And please tell your trucks to slow down!

I had an incident with a thrown rock and a broken truck window while working near a commercial property that these guys maintain.

The workers had already contacted their supervisor before I found out, and when I reached out to the company they were quick to apologize and give me options on getting it fixed.

Accidents happen, and these folks handled it perfectly. Accountable, honest, and quickly make it right!

We had Pitzer redo our front flower bed and plant trees and shrubs in our back yard. They were attentive and professional from beginning to end! Jed was really easy to work with and made sure we were happy with the plan and results at every step! Thank you, Jed! We are so excited to watch everything come to life this spring!

I love this place. My sprinkler system stopped working, I called up there and they had a guy come out the next day! Price was cheaper than the last place I used too. Definitely going to be using them for my future lawn needs.
