Roofing & Gutters reviews in Edmond, Oklahoma

Highly recommend Impact Construction! Very professional from start to finish on our new roof! Levon was amazing to work with & very honest!

We highly recommend Impact. They have replaced 3 roofs for us, ranging from two modest homes to one that was sizable. Without exception, they addressed every issue quickly and, always, professionally. And, they proficiently managed hail-impacted painting, gutters, copper fixtures, etc.

Impact provided us with several shingle options, advising as to the differences in cost and durability. Also, Impact advised us when code upgrades were needed, then interfaced with our insurance company to effect coverage of the upgrades.

Impact is an honest, professional company. We highly recommend their services.

I’ve known the owner, Levon, for many years. He’s an honest man, loves the Lord and his family, and does great work. He did my roof as one of the last roofs he did working at his previous company before starting Impact Construction in 2017. When this last wind storm came through a month ago, I lost some shingles on one of my dormers and immediately texted Levon to see about getting an estimate. Even though Impact Construction didn’t install the roof, he sent his guys over to immediately cover it to protect from rain, and within the next few days sent guys out to re-shingle the damaged area, all free of charge. Now that’s what I call service! 5 stars all around!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Impact Construction, and I can't speak highly enough of my experience, particularly with Levon Lumpkin. From the very start, Levon demonstrated exceptional professionalism and communication.

Not only did Levon manage the project efficiently, but he also ensured that deadlines were met without compromising quality.

Overall, I highly recommend Levon Lumpkin and Impact Construction.

In 2018, at the time of the sale, Impact Construction replaced the existing roof on the house I purchased. A complimentary inspection of the roof has been done every year since then. Any concern has been addressed and we have been reassured as to the condition of the roof.
We greatly appreciate the professional and efficient manner in which Impact conducts business.

I’ve worked with Levon and his company, Impact, multiple times now, and they never disappoint. Levon is incredibly honest, straightforward, and easy to work with, which is rare to find in this industry. He just completed another job for me and, once again, the quality of the work and professionalism was top-notch. I truly appreciate doing business with someone I can trust, and Levon has always delivered exactly what he promises. If you’re looking for a reliable, local roofing company that takes care of its customers, I highly recommend Impact.

Impact Construction and Roofing photographed and documented hail damage to our home that our homeowner’s insurance company had denied on a claim. Their roofing experience and understanding of how to work with insurance claims got our entire roof replaced after two local roofing contractors had failed to get the claim approved. Thank you, Levon Lumpkin and everyone at Impact Construction and Roofing for your help with the insurance claim and the top-quality roofing job!

Impact ConstructionGroup provides fabulous customer service. We’ve had several roofs replaced on rental homes. Levon worked with the insurance company to help us with a replacement. Great follow-through.
Impact also replaced our warehouse roof. Again, worked with the insurance company. Provide provided quality and extra service.

It was a pleasure to deal with Impact Construction. Levon went above and beyond to take care of us. He came out the day after our big snowstorm when most businesses were closed. Our roof was leaking, soaking the wall around the breaker box, and also leaking into our attic. He implemented a temporary fix, and returned later with his crew and fixed it completely. They also replaced the sheetrock in the garage. Levon is very knowledgeable, and we trust him completely.

Impact Construction and Roofing Group was exceptional and highly qualified and professional throughout the entire roofing process. They are a truly 5 star rated company!

Owner Levon Lumpkin made us feel at ease with the entire process by educating me and my wife, providing a detailed estimate. He explained coordination required by me, roofing company and our insurance point of contact. Levon helped us with what shingles best suited for our house (manufacture, class and color). He made sure our roof met all state and local home owner codes and discussed all upgrades required or recommended. Most important pricing was affordable and competitive beating other roofers in the area!

Levon provided professional teams that installed new gutters, provided professional exterior painting, new garage doors and replaced window screens. These teams were timely, quick, and made sure with job was complete, all trash and debris was cleared.

Bottom line: I would definitely recommend in the future Levon and Impact roofing to my friends, family, and neighbors! Matter of fact, one neighbor down the road just had his roof replaced, 2 weeks ago by Impact! Thank you Levon and your team for great experience in service!

Sincerely
Tom Howard

It was such a pleasurable experience meeting Levon. When he came out to inspect my roof in the heat of July, he spent at least 45 mins on the roof inspecting what possible damage I had from hail. He made the insurance process so extremely easy for me and had everything broken down for easy understanding. His crew were the most hardworking men I have seen in years. They were polite and ensured my pool was covered completely, flower beds and porch. He had the job completed in 2 days as he promised. The cleanup was amazing. His integrity is impeccable and I highly recommend him to anyone! A wonderful experience indeed!

I originally called Impact Construction for a quote on siding replacement. Levon came out and took the measurements for the siding, and while he was on the roof he went ahead and inspected it. He found enough hail damage to total the roof from a storm that occurred this past spring. He was very helpful in working with our insurance company to get the proper amount of coverage we deserved/needed to get all of the repairs completed. I wouldn’t have known what needed to be included in the insurance adjustments’ report without his help. He got us the most out of our insurance claim. His communication was great, and the process went very smoothly! We are very happy with the results, and will plan to use them in the future! Thanks for bringing our nineties’ house into 2025!

Impact Construction Group and Levon are the best contractors I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. We needed a roof replaced in a short period of time and they did an outstanding job and installed a great roof. They came through big for us. I highly recommend this company.
