I had Herrin appliance out recently when my dryer was not drying properly. They assessed the issue quickly, gave me options, and their communication was prompt an detailed. Once the parts arrived to them we scheduled the repairs. They were in and out in no time, fixed another issue that was discovered no charge. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and have great customer communication. I will always call them for any further needs and refer them to anyone I know! Great company!!!

The Herrins are quick to respond and schedule time. They are always friendly and good about explaining what needs to be done. They fixed my washer in less than an hour, had the part on their truck and charged me a very fair amount. I’ve told several friends to rely on their service when an appliance needs attention.
