I called because my heat was not working and they had someone here within a few hours and my heater was fixed in about an hour and was not very expensive.

Watch out for diagnosis fees. 94 for the call and an extra 70 if they happen to go over 15 minutes. They won't tell you if they do so get your stop watch out.

We had our entire 36 year old system replaced including duct work. They were professional, polite and did a great job! Highly recommend!

He won’t fix my AC because there is dog poop in my back yard. I think the problem was too big and he didn’t know how to fix it. He looked at it and he said “I didn’t come prepared to do this” .... You are an AC guy and you didn’t come prepared to fix my AC? Okay so you wasted my time. It’s a big job. It probably would have paid him a lot of money. Guess he doesn’t like being paid, so he can keep his shoes squeaky clean. I don’t know how this man stays in business.

I definitely recommend this local company! Brad was very personable, honest and knowledgeable. My husband wanted to give him 6 stars if he could.

I won’t go Into detail but I will say this- do not use this company! The owner is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met or done business with! If I could give a negative one, I would.

Brad's Heating & Air Inc did a fantastic job fixing our AC unit and repairing our gas heating units in our warehouses. Their employees were prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.

Brad and the service techs were very respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

They passed me over for a service call because I did not answer my phone to confirm someone was home. Whoever scheduled my appointment should have given me the information and their process so I could have given them an alternate phone number to call. When I did return their phone call the receptionist was NOT helpful and transferred me to Brad, he however also had an attitude. I completely understanding needing to confirm someone is home in a service industry but every other delivery or service company I have used in the past informs their customers of their policy at the time the appointment is scheduled!!

Was in a pinch and was quoted way above what the job was by other companies, Brad's was not only able to beat the pricing but put me on priority. Our family is thankful for him and his team, and will definitely have our business in the future.
