erick from the plumbing company really takes care of all your plumbing worries, arriving promptly, working efficiently, being extremely polite, providing thorough information, and quoting prices on his hand-held device (so you're sure he's not just trying to gauge how much you're willing to pay). he was at my place in Jenks just a few moments after he notified me he was on his way, even earlier than the scheduled appointment (didn't have to twiddle my thumbs waiting for him to arrive, a lot of other businesses could pick up a thing or two from this). He briefly walked me through the job, was really friendly, and was full of pride for his job with the company, only saying positive things about it. Definitely a 10/10. Plus, their charges were less than half of what the other company asked for, and they didn't even charge me for just showing up since i live locally. i had left a hose running in the yard to help drain the pipes, and erick found it, turned it off, and reminded me to check all the faucets, in case i'd forgotten any others. i was extremely impressed.

after preparing a grand christmas feast for 14 people, my sink decided to stop draining, leaving me with a mountain of dirty dishes on my counters. however, i had no difficulty getting help from golden brothers plumbing on the saturday following christmas. the blockage was a tough one, nearly 40 feet in, but timothy was determined to ensure we had a functioning sink and drain on the same day. timothy's professional and friendly attitude made a stressful situation easier to handle. i never thought i would be thrilled to do dishes, but when you're unable to, and then suddenly can again, it's quite exhilarating, to say the least :) all of this happened right here in jenks.
