I had never heard of this company before, and we just randomly called them because we had used private individuals, Stanley, Steemer, probably at least seven or eight different companies, and the results were all mediocre. Advantage came out and the guys name is Derek, who cleaned our carpets and the result was amazing. We have very light almost white area rug in the living room, which is heavily trafficked and then in the bedroom same color with lots of traffic also, we have three dogs and we get our carpets cleaned twice a year. This guy was so good at almost making the carpets look brand new, he told me something that nobody else had said, and he was able to manipulate his machines with the suction ratio versus cleaning stuff I don’t know the technical operation but that’s the gist of it and he said the reason why he did that is because if you do one of the other too much, it will actually pull the dirt to the surface and make the carpets look dirty and that’s what the carpets always did after they cleaned they still looked dirty, but with his technique they looked clean and beautiful. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be only using them.

I've used Advantage Carpet Cleaning service a few times, and they do excellent work and are reasonably priced. Especially good on the stains and high traffic areas. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience all around. No one has ever told us what to do specifically when a pet has an accident and Derrick (maybe Darrin?) told us the best way to avoid lingering odors and stains. They were reasonably priced and we are happy with the overall service we received.

Not only was Derrick practically half of the price of other companies, but I’ve never seen such a thorough carpet/area rug cleaning. He also took extra steps to protect our door, walls, other flooring etc while doing an impeccable job cleaning our rug that our elderly dog had urinated on. He was able to make time for us the same day we called, which was wonderful. Our nice area rug not only looks new again but SMELLS new again, despite the pet accident. I can’t recommend this company enough! Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Derrick showed up ready to work. He wasn’t sure if he would be able to get the stains out of my carpet. With my prayers and his hard work, the carpets look better than when we moved in. If I ever need any services in the future this will be the place I call. I will also make sure to request Derrick. He was early, finished in a timely manner and very professional. The attention to detail really made the difference.

I called a few places around town and Advantage Carpet Cleaning were by far the friendliest, and the price was great. My dog ripped her toenail off and got blood all over the carpet and Derrick was able to come out the next day. Our 10+ year old carpet hasn’t looked this good in years! We don’t have a lot of carpet but I was able to add on a small hallway and staircase at the last minute without any problems. I will definitely use them again and tell anyone that needs their carpets cleaned.

I recently had Derrick come and clean all my coaches and ottoman - and he was so lovely and professional! He was really diligent and even cut off some little strings that were coming off the couch from my cat. I will definitely be using Advantage Carpet Cleaning again. They got me scheduled for a cleaning within days, and were very professional and courteous during the whole experience!

This is a fantastic company. Everything from the booking process to automated reminders and contactless payment made everything efficient and simple. The customer service was phenomenal all the way through starting with Caleb who took care of scheduling late on a Friday and Derrick who was the technician. We had some pretty engrained pet and kid stains that Derrick was able to clear up much to my surprise. He was exactly on time in the window provided, quick but thorough with the whole process and just a really nice guy. I will absolutely use Advantage again for future needs.

Excellent service all the way around. We came home one night and our dog had made a TERRIBLE mess in our living room and dining room. We used our own carpet cleaner, but could tell it was not adequately cleaned. We were able to schedule an appointment for the very next morning and Derrick did an outstanding job. He was very professional and did an extremely thorough job..applied a pet treatment that removed ALL the odors and stains. We are extremely happy and will definitely use Advantage again. Having a baby and light colored rug is a lot harder then we though it would be😳. Thank gosh for Advantage Carpet Cleaning! They came in and cleaned our rug of stains from our babies spit up, dinner and my husbands work boots. I will spare you the before but the after most definitely sums it up, looks brand new! We highly recommend them for any rug/carpet cleaning needs!

I highly recommend Derrick!!!! He is polite and informative! He put plastic guards to protect my baseboards and door moldings from his hoses! Who does that, nobody I have ever seen! The carpet is 1000% better! Great job! I will definitely use him again!!

Just had Derrick with Advantage Carpet Cleaning out to the house. First of all, he is one of the friendliest guys I have ever met. He smiled the entire time and you could tell he loved what he does. He laid down floor protectant mats and put rash guards on all corners of the walls and furniture. It was great to see his care for our home. The end result was great. Carpets came very clean and he was able to remove several small spots. A++. We will have him back in the future for another cleaning.

We’ve used Advantage Carpet Cleaning 3 times now and Derrick always does an immaculate job! He’s very knowledgeable, detail oriented, friendly, and went above and beyond to talk with me about some carpet samples I have for a rug I’m about to purchase and what material would be best for young kids and a dog, as well as how to spot clean and maintain it. Our carpets always look incredible after as well. Can’t recommend more highly!

My hot water tank busted while I was at work and I came home to a flooded downstairs. I tried getting the water up myself and thought I did a decent job but 24 hrs later my carpet was still pretty damp, despite running several fans, and it smelled awful. I could tell I was going to have a mold issue if I didn't do something quick. I called Advantage and they reassured me their professionals could handle the job. They were even available to come immediately! Derrick did an amazing job getting all the water up, cleaning the carpets and treating the sub floor. I came home to fully dry carpets and no more odor! I can't believe I bothered stressing myself out trying to do it myself! I will not hesitate next time to call Advantage for any of my carpet needs! Be sure to ask for Derrick!

They did an absolutely phenomenal job on my 2 very filthy area rugs! Due to pets and lots of foot traffic, these 2 ivory colored rugs looked awful. I had tried other cleaning companies, I bought my own carpet cleaner, and I worked hard with spot remover - all with very unsatisfactory results. I was about to throw them away, but found Advantage Carpet Cleaning on the internet and decided to give cleaning one last try. They did a fabulous job.
