I discovered my crawl space full of water saturday morning. On their way out of town, they brought me a small pump. Showed up monday morning, repaired it in less than an hour, and my bill was half what i thought it would be. I've used them before, and will continue to in the future. Great local company.

Clayton's plumbing was fantastic. They were professional and very quick. They were easy to get in touch with and had our pipe fixed in less than an hour. Very affordable also.

Thought I had a slab leak ( had Hi-Tech, come out and look), that company told me the water damage was due to a leaky kitchen faucet. And get this! Wanted to charge me $1270.33 just for a faucet!
Yes, you heard me right, no misprint $1270.33 for a faucet!! That doesn’t include the $291.80 for a P-Trap & $415.17 for a basket strainer and $350 for travel , total $ 2327.30 !!!!!!!!
Clayton’s Plumbing came out, cut out the sheet rock underneath the sink and found a pipe that had a hole in that was causing the leak and snaked the pipe & replaced the pipe and p-trap!!
The plumbers were very professional, very knowledgeable and fast!!
I recommend them highly!!

The work that was done was fine. However the amount I was charged for labor was completely astronomical. I have never heard of a plumber needing a helper or being charged for drive time for plumbing jobs. I am a disabled veteran and live on a fixed income and was charged almost $1500 for them to come install 5 fixtures which I had purchased already. I needed more plumbing work done but will definitely be finding a different plumbing company. I suppose I should have asked ahead of time but have never heard of these practices this company uses. Just wanted to warn future customers.

Great people to have come out for repairs. Very timely and knowledgeable. Had repair diagnoses and completed within an hour.

The technician came out and said the a/c unit was low on Freon and he checked the capacitor and said it was good. An hour after he left the tenants residence, the a/c wasn’t cooling. So, he contacted the business and they said they would be out at 8:a.m. today. This time, the technician said the capacitor was bad. When questioned about the capacitor, the technician became belligerent. The technician was very unprofessional and disrespectful to the tenant. The tenant had to order him out of his home.
