They were very professional and got the installation of my new heating and air-conditioning system done quickly. The installers worked very well together to get the job done. I'm really appreciating the AC right now! I will definately use Airco in the future.

The technicians are nice, but they do not have the experience to fix the issue. This is a summer vacation home and I have to take my kids out of school to make it there for an appointment and I have to make a special trip there. Two different technicians came this weekend and neither could fix the issue. Now, I have to make another trip up there with all the hassle that comes along with it. It got very cold there since you guys did not fix the heat and we have nowhere else to stay. We were very cold. I am a single mom and this is very difficult on me. If one can’t get the issue right the first time and you know what the issue is, you need to send someone with experience in the matter and that is capable of fixing it the next time. Very disappointed. 😞

I have used Airco for a few years now and have always gotten excellent and curtious service and this time was no different. Kyle was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and he left my system working at its best.

Two young men showed up on time. Very polite and knew what they were doing. Analyzed the problem and fixed the outside AC unit. Checked further things to assure the unit was in good condition. I would highly recommend them and certainly request them for future repairs.

Hunter from Airco identified himself and let us know the time he was to arrive. He was able to access our heating system and performed maintenance in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable and was able to take pictures and explain the issues with our heat pump. I would highly recommend Airco with no hesitation.

Airco “Steven” called to say he would be arriving in about 20 minutes. He was prompt, courteous and polite. He told us of his plan of service before he started, then went to work to perform his duties. He was thorough and gave us his estimate of what was needed, which was more Freon in one of our two units. Then, after realizing his calculations were based on an incorrect factor, he recalculated and summarized we were not in need of additional service. I appreciate his honesty!

Demetrio was great! He performed maintenance on our AC and mini split systems as well as maintenance of our water heaters. He showed me how he drained and flushed our water heaters and how much sediment came out of the system. He was very polite, informative and efficient.

Airco replaced my heat pump almost 3 years ago and it has ran flawless.

I'll be calling them back out this winter to do some ductwork repairs.

Excellent workmanship. It took Josh and Matthew less than a full day on site to replace the entire HVAC system and a major length of duct. I'm VERY satisfied and the new system is working much better than I had expected!
