Me and my company use Russell's for all our hvac work no problems ever on time great prices good professional work.

These guys drove out in inclement weather and icy roads to repair my heating system. I have used them in the past and they have always been knowledgeable, professional, and great prices. I would highly recommend them!

Greg Russell and Son came out to my house 2 days before Christmas. I called them after calling a larger big name company who couldn’t come out for a week.
They were out a little after I called. Then called me on Christmas Eve to make sure everything was OK. I would recommend Russell Heating and Air to everyone. Super nice guys that came out in sub-freezing weather to help with my problem. Thanks so much guys.

The air conditioning went out in my veterinary hospital so I called Russell's Heat and Air. They came out
right away and gave me the bad news that my compressor was shot. They then promptly went and
brought a new unit back. They had it installed within an hour after coming back. I didn't have to make
arrangements to take all the animals home as this was on a Saturday.
They are professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for home and business
needs. Thanks guys.

Excellent service. Joe & Brian are one of the most professional, knowledgeable and courteous service crew I have dealt with. Same day response to failed HVAC system. I 100% would not recommend Russell’s. My husband called last Monday to have our mini-split unit repaired. They came out on Wednesday evening, but arrived almost two hours after our scheduled appointment time and didn’t even have the courtesy to let us know they were running behind. We understood- Business can get crazy and things happen…They found the issue with the unit, but said they needed to do some research on the part and would come back on Friday to fix it. Friday comes- no call, no show. My husband called twice to touch base as he had planned his entire afternoon around the expected repair. Now it’s Tuesday, almost a week later, the unit is still not working, and we just heard from Greg today saying they were unable to find the part. Funny thing is my husband was able to call the manufacturer, get the part number, and order the part online. Russell’s wasted a lot of our time and didn’t resolve the issue. Communication is low-priority for this business.

Excellent service. Trustworthy. Always comes to our house as soon as they can and resolves the issues quickly. Just had a new heat and air system put in and they were once again quick, professional and took care of us as soon as they could. I can tell they are dedicated and take pride in their work. Will be recommending to all my family and friends.

Russells has always helped me with my heat and air. Just had my old system replaced by them. They were quick and made sure everything was taken care of and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you!

Well, our heating and air unit finally went kaput. Greg was very knowledgeable, in helping us decide what unit and size was best for our home. We went with a bigger, more efficient unit, and had our duct work redone for better air flow throughout the house. The has made a BIG difference! The A/C isn't running all the time, and rooms that were previously hot/cold have consistent air flow with the rest of the house. I like that, Greg has called a few times since the install to check, and see how the new unit is working, and if we have any questions. Great service from a family-owned business.

I would like to follow up on the review from
Patio orangatun (my son in law) I did tell Greg there was an airflow problem and Cody even felt the air coming from the vent and said yeah it’s not blowing very hard or hot.
It should not be up to the consumer to know what needs to be checked. That’s why I called a “professional”. I googled the issue because it had me perplexed, after they came out. I found several ideas after digging through so asked my son in law to check the duct work for me.
My home was brand new 7/2023 and last winter I had zero issues. I stressed that a few time to Greg, with him being the professional that should have been somewhat of a clue.
I wouldn’t recommend this company, and see they don’t take any accountability for their actions rather pushing it back in the consumer on all the unfavorable reviews.

Our heater quit working in sub-freezing weather. We called, and they came out very quickly. They had the issue diagnosed super fast and had us warm in no time. They are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, fast and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I plan on only using them from now on.

Greg and his crew showed up when they said they was going to and was very professional. and completed the job and a timely manner. Definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again.
