I recently had a power outage. When the power came back on I smelled smoke like something was burning. I called Roberts and Sons and they came out within 15 minutes. After inspecting my home throughout they came to the conclusion that the problem was at the power meter. They were professional in all aspects! I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will be using them in the future for all my electrical needs!!! They deserve more than 5 stars!!!

Had an A/C emergency at the house temps were 100 and i work from home with a 4 year old, so it was a bad situation. In spite of it being busy season Alan had me fixed in no time. This company is great, first class, and they really care about the customer. Highly recommend

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Never answers calls or calls back. When you finally do get an appointment, they show up over an hour late AFTER you have to call and remind them. Then when they get there they come up with the most stupid excuse for themself. Will never ever use them again & will definitely be spreading the word.

have used bryan since he installed an ac in 2015 but this summer of 2022 he ripped me off and has refused to send me the receipt (makes different excuse and promises to send me the receipt each time i called him) for the three containers of freon he added but was not needed so my ac went completely out and had to be replaced during which time it was discovered the evaporator bryan said did not need to be replaced was not compatible with the compressor he installed in 2015 so i have lived with an awful loud noise in my hallway that went through my entire house every time the unit was on whether ac or heater
i will never refer him to anyone! wish i didn’t have to give one star because he doesn’t deserve one!

I am 1st renter at a newly acquired rental property, remodeled after a fire. New AC unit had not been charged since install, I had to find out on the most humid beginning of weekend.
Property Manager called Bryan’s. He called when he was in my neighborhood and confirmed and charged the unit and got me cooled off in about half hour!

I run a commercial grow. The unit in one of my flower rooms was spitting water out of the exhaust. I called Brian and he said he was busy but he would be here as soon as he could. Maybe 2 hrs later he is at my door. He and Chandra diagnosed the problem, fixed it and explained how to prevent that green slime from clogging up the unit. I really like working with Brian's Heat and Air. I am confident that they have my back. I will continue to use them for my grow, my home, my families homes and my rental properties.

I recommend Bryan's Heat & Air to everyone. Bryan (and indeed, many HVAC people) are super busy during summer months. But, even then, Bryan was able to respond to our request for help (over the weekend!) and he got our new system up and running quickly and efficiently. After comparing to other outrageous quotes, Bryan's bill for his services to us were affordable and very competitive!

Had Bryan out to diagnose issue seemed like a nice guy. Be very careful with this business. Business does not return phone calls or voicemails in a timely manner. When you need HVAC fixed you want it done in a reasonable time frame as it's either hot or cold when it breaks. It's been 3 weeks and still waiting for Bryan to call back to schedule the fix after ordering parts/initial diagnosis. Lots of other providers in the area - choose one that calls you back or better yet - answers the phone.

Thank goodness for this team ! Bryan put a new system in my home a few years back. I will always recommend this team because of their kindness, honesty, professionalism, and knowledge.. Whenever I call for anything, they show up and are always honest . What people don't understand that is their so very busy helping people out all over the metro. What I did to help them out was by calling and sending a text to see if they could squeeze me in, and they did. I sure appreciate you all so very much ! Bryan also told me what to do to not have this clog..
