Robert was on time and prepared for the job. He was very thorough. The poodles pond looked great and ran great. He trimmed down a bush that was too close to the pond and did an excellent job

Garden Ponds Unlimited came out and cleaned my pond and fixed several leaks. You can tell they know what they are doing and take pride in their work. If you need pond cleaning or repairs be sure to call them.

The chemicals I have purchased from Garden Ponds Unlimited have worked so well. My pond is so clean and my fish are so happy this year. The staff is so very helpful and courteous. This company is so great. I have used them for at least 20 years and am so happy with service and their help. Lee was so very helpful today and I appreciate all his help.

Garden ponds unlimited put my koi pond in about 4 years ago it’s been great! They do my yearly clean out and I buy all my supplies from them. Lee is very helpful for my needs and questions!! The one time I had a leak around my waterfall they quickly came out and fixed it. The leak was my fault. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend GPU for their expert knowledge of fish well-being and equipment. We have a weekly maintenance guy (Robert) who does an outstanding job at answering questions and going out of his way to tidy up the pond and surrounding grounds (like pulling a few weeds, sifting out leaves and debris, scrubbing scum off the rocks, treating the water, and cleaning the filter box). He literally does all the dirty work!!

Lee was extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable of the products at the store. The store is also very clean and well organized. Garden Ponds Unlimited built my pond in South OKC many years ago and we still enjoy it tremendously.

He did a great job of getting my pond ready for the year. Very helpful and courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure our pond needs were met. We bought an Aquascape pump for our koi pond 4 months ago. We noticed it wasn't running and youtubed and troubleshoot a fix. There was a 3 year warranty on the pump so we took it back to the store. Lee was very helpful in explaining the warranty on the pump. He called Aquascape for us and even fought for us to have the warranty honored. Austin also fought for our warranty to be honored. We live 2hrs away in Altus and so it's a 2hour trip each time to go get supplies and such. Austin and Lee are amazing and worth their weight in gold. It's refreshing and comforting to have people fight for you. We get a new pump now and Garden Ponds Unlimited even covered the shipping fee for us. We are so grateful and appreciate you all so much!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

This place is absolutely wonderful. It has had everything we've needed for our Koi pond that we built ourselves. We could not be happier with the service. The advice that we've gotten from the employees have paid off tenfold. If you're not a professional visit them, they will take good care of you.

Our experience with Lee and Shelby has been a blessing!…they went above and beyond with their expertise and customer service! We had a huge algae problem and they were able to guide us and recommended the products we needed to make our pond beautiful!!…and our koi are happy!!!

Garden Ponds Unlimited built a beautiful pond in the back yard of my new home. The workmen that came out were very considerate and did a great job. We had some problems shortly after with a lot of rain that caused a leak in the waterfall. But it just took one quick call to the company for them to come back out and take care of the issue. I was very pleased that they jumped right on it and helped me out. A pond is a beautiful addition to any home in this crew is very helpful.

Lee at Garden Ponds Unlimited was extremely helpful and responsive to my pond emergency (filter/water fall quit working) and made the recommendation of adding an aerator. Austin arrived promptly and quickly resolved the emergency situation and installed the aerator in the perfect location. We lost no fish due to their responsiveness and expertise. Water now is clearer than it has been all season. Thanks Lee and Austin.

Just had an 10x8x2 pond installed. I had a great experience with everything and everyone involved. Lee at the store helped get us started on this journey. Austin, Nate, and his helper (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) were so professional and helpful! I now have a beautiful pond in my backyard.

Pond conversation to water feature and new pond replacement of an old above ground pool. The old pond was over 20 years old. The new pond is an 11’x16’x3’ with ~7’ waterfall stream. We were impressed with the creative way they used some preexisting Items (old 36” cracked pot as a cave and the old wagon wheel turned into an additional feature that can be turned on/off. The koi love their new palace. Looking forward to landscaping once this rain stops.

I absolutely love Garden Ponds Unlimited! They installed our Koi pond two years ago, and I just wish we had done it sooner. Colton came out today for the yearly cleaning, and he did a great job!! Plus, he was very kind to answer any question I had, and he didn’t mind me observing whenever I chose to watch. Great company….Great service!! I give them an A+

Shelby was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable — she shared tons of great insights for my DIY pond project. The store itself is beautiful, with an impressive waterfall, pond, and stream displays that gave me so many ideas. They also carry a huge selection of quality products that are now on my shopping list.

If you’re thinking about building your own pond, waterfall, or stream, I highly recommend stopping in before you start — the inspiration and advice you’ll get are absolutely worth it!

Shelby and Lee are awesome! I needed to buy some replacement lights for my Pond and Shelby and Lee both were excellent help! I ended up having to do the replacements by myself and called Lee back on the phone To get some step-by-step instructions on how to replace my add-on lights. He told me exactly what to do and I did it! I was very proud of my 67 year old self! It required a lot of work, moving heavy rocks, and tracing the lines back But I was successful in rewriting those and replacing the lights with ease thanks to Lee’s instructions! Thanks Lee and Shelby! Job well done!

My parents needed someone to come and do some tree work and I found Grass & Trees online. They reached out to Grass & Trees, scheduled a time for Nick to come out, and after he was done, said they would recommend him. He trimmed their trees just the way they wanted and they look great! After trimming, he did a very good job cleaning up the yard too!

Nick came out lightning fast after I contacted him about some dead trees that required replacement. While his company doesn't normally do tree planting, he was extremely helpful with information on suppliers and areas of concern to look out for. The removal was a high priority as the tree planting people were scheduled to be out in less than a week. Nick was out within two days and had the job done in just a couple hours. He took the extra time to cut the sod for removal and replacement to assure the property looked good after the job was finished.

No worries or concerns came up during the job. Nick knocked it out quickly and in a professional manner. His service was more than enough for my recommendation and we'll be using his services again in the future.
