Chris, Jared and Gavin went above and beyond for my repair. They initially came out to mount a TV and place a curved shower rod. They were polite, friendly and efficient. I was asked what height I wanted my TV and agreed to a height. After attempting to adjust the TV for a day or 2 I realized it was just too high for me to handle and adjust easily. Since I had agreed to the height, but was not able to adjust it properly I called Chris and inquired how much it would cost for them to come back out and move the TV down. I fully expected to pay for the service since I was the one that told him where to hang it. Chris told me he would check on it and to my surprise a few days later I was called and said that Gavin and Jared would be back to remount the TV lower at no cost to me. They came and And cheerfully remounted the TV. Thank you for providing such good customer service.

The guys got right to it. Completed tree trimming in the backyard and side yard, just like I requested. Cleaned up and hauled everything off. Super job!

I am so very happy with the fantastic job Jose did removing and installing a new back door. So professional, they allowed me to purchase my own door and even picked it up for me! The door was ruined after the 2022 ice storm and tried to make it thru but this snow storm, 2026, literally blew it off the remaining hinge. I will definitely be calling them again.

The estimate was fair. Zack and Michael notified me they were on the way. They arrived on time and finished early! They provided excellent communication during the job. I'm pleased with the work.

Alyse and Chris were incredibly professional and great throughout the entire process! I called to get an estimate on Saturday and they had the project completed that following Thursday! I am a relator and will continue to use them for my business!

I most definitely recommend the services of Small Town Property Revival. Chris came to our home to give us an estimate for some drywall repair. He arrived exactly as scheduled and gave us an exact amount for the job. His crew arrived the following morning. They did excellent work in a timely manner. They left the house cleaner than they found it.

Small Town Property Revival installed a new ceiling fan, new hallway light fixture (which I broke twice), re-caulked a failing backsplash, re-secured the kitchen cabinet(poor new home builder flaw), installed new door and patched a damaged one in record time. Their Techs Ian and Zack knocked it out with professional tact. 5 stars! Elise runs the front office 🏬 like no other - excellent 👏 customer service and very nice and calming voice. Ill be calling 📞 them back for more future projects.

The workers are rude wouldn't help in garden area, as well as service desk too. But that's what happens when people let's kids run a business. They take no pride in their work. I will never shop there again.

I had them come out and do a simple fix on my front planter; the brick wall was compromised and falling down. They rebuild part of the wall and it looks beautiful! I was worried it would be obvious that different bricks were used since my original brick has a white splash to it, but it’s not noticeable at all. Not to mention that I found the price very reasonable. I will definitely use them for any future needs and highly recommend.
