Been using Top Lighting for 3 or 4 years now. If anything happens with bulbs or strings not working they always come out and fix pretty quickly.

We had a great experience with Top Lighting. The first year we needed a lot of help deciding what would look good with our landscaping and what colors to use. They spent a lot of time showing us options and giving us good advice. There was never a hard sell. Everyone was so professional and friendly. We couldn’t be happier.

This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! That woman I think her name was Lory??? She was by far the worst person to have assisted me with what I needed. 1 star because of this horrible experience. If you’re going to put someone up front to help with customers please put someone competent!

We just purchased a house with a pond that wasn't in good working order. Nathan came out and fixed us right up! He was so patient with us as we took notes of everything we needed to do to keep the pond properly running. He left us an owners manual for the pond. He found where it was leaking and got it running perfectly. The whole team is so kind and knowledgable, and their prices are fair. It's a pleasure doing business with them.

We had a pond installed the middle of September. Mitch, Chris and Brandon were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They set us at ease throughout the process. The pond came out amazing, better than our expectations. The entire staff of Garden Ponds Unlimited have been extremely helpful and have answered all questions professionally and knowledgeably. Garden Ponds Unlimited was a pleasure to work with – TWICE now! Mike and his crew designed and built my Koi Pond 10+ years ago. I moved and missed having a pond so much that I decided to build a pond at my new place. I didn’t even need to shop around this time as I knew what an exceptional job GPU had done the first time around. My new pond is still the same high quality and beautiful design but with updated features as GPU has modified their products to keep up with technology as it has evolved over the last 10+ years. I highly recommend Garden Ponds Unlimited and would have a 3rd pond built by them if the need should ever arise!
