The technician was polite, professional and efficient. He was also patient with my lack of knowledge regarding air conditioning and heat. I feel better knowing my systems got the best care and if a problem arises there is someone to call.

You can absolutely trust this company to do the best possible job that can be done for you. I had them completely remove a failed heating and air conditioning unit and replace it with state of the art equipment. They did an outstanding job, cleaned up after their self, explained every function of the new Heating And Air-Conditioning equipment, and did all of this well within the budgeted amount. Do not shop around just pick up the phone and call Home Comfort Solutions for all of your heating and air-conditioning needs. You’ll be so glad that you did!
UPDATE- again, they came out to do my pre-summer inspection on my unit that they had installed. They were fast and accurate to do their checks on my equipment and replace the air filter. Wesley, the technician explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. As I stated you can depend on Home Comfort Solutions to take care of your Heating And Air-Conditioning needs and trust me. They are big league!

Wonderful experience!!! They are always kind and come over asap. They take their jobs so seriously. Very professional. Love them all, but Dustin is our fav. My sons said “mama he had a smile on his face the whole time he was here”. 😊 I said yes and he is your grandmothers favorite. He has come to our home before and she just loves him. Thanks Dustin keep up the great work!

Wesley was great. Replaced capacitor and checked out the inside and outside units. He also set me up for annual maintenance.

Home Comfort Solutions has really been fantastic. Installed a system at previous home 3 years ago, and serviced every 6 months. Now having them service our new home, as well! Their service contract keeps my system maintained and running efficiently. Dustin (service tech) is VERY knowledgeable, personable and respectful! Service tech was knowledgeable and very professional. Understood what I was saying the unit was doing and went straight to figuring out the issue. The service department called ahead of time and kept me informed about his availability. Tech explained the issue and what caused it. He fixed the problem and explained how long it would take for the temperature to reach the desired temp. I was extremely happy with the service and results of the tech and company.

Had problems with my furnace and the repairs were giving the techs fits. I kept saying something wasn't correct. They came out a few times in response to my calls and never once gave me any indications they were tired of me and my calls. End result was they fixed my old cantankerous unit in time for a record breaking snow storm and cold snap! I'm toasty!

After a power surge, my ac unit wasn't working.On Saturday the 29th of June. I called and service technician Dustin came out. He immediately went to work to diagnose the issue. Had the part on his service truck. Highly recommend Home comfort Solutions.

The house I bought last year had work done by you guys. I’m really not sure on what level of experience do you state what work you did and I find this after having sand blowing in around the unit. If you did any installation with new and not preowned units and did any duct work…. This doesn’t really hold any weight to your work and customers needs. Just thought I’d show this to other before they feel stupid like me.
