Great service and wonderful people! Our AC was low on freon and they were quick to come out and fill it with freon and even replaced a part when adjusting our AC.

Absolutely the best! Routine service is great. Emergency was beyond awesome. My elderly mother woke up with no ac on a Saturday morning. They were there within a couple of hours, diagnosed and repaired within an hour. Thankful for their honesty and service!

After 20 years in OKC we found “the one”! Recommended by a friend (S Wagoner), in the midst of 100+ temps and an A/C unit underperforming, Gentry techs arrived in short order! They were so pleasant, worked without interruption, diagnosed and repaired expertly - then with a “tip of a hat” promising an emailed invoice w/ability to pay on-line, they were off - leaving us with a rapidly cooling home!

Changing my review simply because these people have taking care of my family and I while waiting on a coil replacement now for the second time. Both times within a day of calling.

Highly recommended! If you are looking for a heat/air guy that is completely honest, shoots straight, and doesn’t try to rob you blind; look no further.
I can’t say enough. I literally wrote their name and number on my heat pump in sharpie for a quick reference next time I have an issue. I would suggest you do the same.
Don’t go anywhere else. I’m not related or a friend. I don’t know these guys, other than stumbling upon them in a time of need earlier this year. All I know is they have been to my house twice and I’ve have an exceptional experience both times and you will too

They remember previous work that they have done at your property and come prepared to do the work right then. Prices are extremely reasonable. Gentry has been in business in the Mustang area for years and years, and we trust them with our home as well as our commercial and rental properties. We would definitely recommend them!!

My home is 20 years old, which is considered older by Oklahoma standards. A few years ago, when my heater first started having issues, I asked a colleague who owns several apartment buildings in the Oklahoma City area for a recommendation. He suggested Gentry Service Heating and Air Conditioning. As a woman living alone, finding a trustworthy company that wouldn't try to upsell or take advantage of me was important, and Gentry exceeded my expectations with honest service at a reasonable price.

When my heater stopped working again this past Friday, November 29, 2025, I didn't hesitate to call Gentry. They sent a technician out on Sunday to assess the problem. He clearly explained my options and the associated costs, and the repair was completed on Monday, December 2, 2025. I'm grateful to have heat in my home again.

I highly recommend Gentry to anyone needing heating or air conditioning services. They are fair, honest, responsive, and respectful—qualities that are increasingly rare. Gentry is a company that truly delivers great value and service.
