We just started a residential contract with GAP, and so far everything indicates that they’re a solid company. GAP came out for our summer tune up today, and our serviceman (Frank) was timely, kind, and transparent. He didn’t try to suggest a bunch of expensive repairs; rather, Frank let us know that our system is very old but still running sufficiently and that we might consider beginning to budget for replacing the system in the future. We’re expecting a quote shortly that will allow us to begin to save and weigh our options so that we can be proactive rather than reactive. We look forward to continuing business with this company.

I’ve been extremely pleased with the services provided. I’m on a fixed income and my system is approximately 30 years old, it was the system in the home I purchased. This company is honest and has helped me baby this through it’s 2nd summer with me. Another company has tried to up sale and get me to spend what I don’t have so I’m grateful this company runs an honest and efficient as well as professional company! If I could give more stars I would. The first year I used the service the technician came out on Fourth of July on his own time to make sure myself and toddler were not left without AC. Angelo and Frank are consummate professionals. I’ve been using their services for years and recommended them to multiple friends. They have bent over backwards to help me and take care of my family’s heat and air needs. They don’t rob you like the big guys do, and they don’t try and sell you something you don’t need. Now, hopefully I won’t be needing any services to my heat and air any time soon, but if I do I guarantee you I will call Guaranteed Air straight away.

They came out quickly and are credit professional and honest. Another company called Above and Beyond told me I needed a new HVAC and I had Guaranteed Air Pro come out as a second opinion and they said my unit was fine and so I recommend them highly.

Frank was highly professional and capable while performing HVAC maintenance. He also thoroughly explained how each part of the system worked to increase my understanding of how the HVAC system functioned when working optimally. I would highly recommend this company for HVAC related maintenance.

Angelo, Frank and crew were great during our recent HVAC system installation process. After our original system went out after 20 years, Angelo took the time to thoroughly explain our current issue and how the replacement process would take place. Frank and crew removed the old system and installed the new system in less than a day. Very professional, pleasure to work with and great price also! I highly recommend them.
