Leonard fixed the dryer but he didn't let me know when he was leaving and he didn't get the unit all the way back in it's original position.

repair guy, whose name I sadly can recall so that he gets a proper shout out, was super knowledgeable and kind. I felt confident in following his recommendations.

I just cancelled the second reschedule of my service appt. Yesterday they rescheduled day of before 8am and just now- last minute - they rescheduled today’s appt for tomorrow. Super disappointing. I’ll be looking for another option going forward.

Joe Genuinely wanted to fix my washing machine and took the time to to listen to me explain my problem, and even listened to a recording of the noise it was making.
He found one thing in particular that could possibly make that noise and fixed that issue.
Machine was not making that noise after that, and usually would have by that point in the cycle.
Great guy, a pleasure having him in my house and as our repairman.

When through the system and didn’t find anything wrong with the washer.

I'm editing this review after Sears' response. Very polite response that didn't mean a thing. The information they needed is in this review but I also sent them a message like they requested. NO RESPONSE FROM SEARS!
Original review: First I had to wait two weeks for a technician to come and fix my A/C. Within 24 hours, it was having the same issue as before! They tell me so sorry but it will be another two weeks for them to get someone back out! TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Troy took care of the repair efficiently and was very detailed with his explanation of the process.

He did a great job but almost $400 for a $30 part is crazy. Talk about sticking ut to someone. I had to replace this part before. Took me about 30min and the part cost me around $25. This is what happens when you are out of town for a few days and have to get things done. Never again!
