The person who came for the job (I don’t remember his name,sorry) He was very professional and thorough He found where the short was and had to replace one breaker in the electric panel. I had an electrical problem with my microwave that pretty much crapped itself out. Went to test all the breakers in my electrical panel because I couldn't make heads or tails of the situation. I called Mr. Electric to have an inspection done. Mr. Justin Gann was super professional, helpful and very informative. The moment he entered the garage he noticed there was an electrical burning smell. He pulled the panel cover off and noticed the breaker had literally melted (there's a hole in the breaker). Now, when he quoted me the price, I was surprised. I knew the house was old but I didn't know it would be THAT expensive. I had to re-confirm if I was getting scammed or not. At first, looked like it but upon looking at the invoice (after the completion of the job) a second time, it was pretty fair. I will publicly apologize (on the internet) and in person (if we meet again) to Mr. Justin Gann for thinking the price was crazy. For the people that are looking for work to be done, Mr. Electric provides quality service, there's no question about that.
