Trees down because of storm. 3 days turned into 9. Didn't remove all downed tree and branches. Clean up not complete.

2 hours late for quote appointment. Showed up without company truck, arrived with co-workers. Did not show at scheduled time and day. Left voice messages and sent text, never received response.

In spite of crazy weather, they did a great job of taking down a very large, diseased cottonwood. They ground off the stump and smoothed the soil. Nice people to do business with.

Hard working guy and crew. Very polite and removed and hauled off over 4 flat bed trailers of tree branches, leaders, and snapped trees for a reasonable price. Service Area extends beyond Norman and it was a plus that he is licensed and bonded.

I called on a Sunday. Jake and his crew was out the very next day. They were fast and they cleaned up well. The price seemed very fair. I’ll definitely use them again.

Good work with tree trimming. But the quality of cleanliness afterwards not very good. Time management not very well. He'll tell you that he's coming out at like 10 in the morning did not show up until 6 or that in the evening or not show up at all kind of a thing that happened a number of times. And doesn't bother texting or calling to let you know that he's running late or he's not coming at all. I had to clean up after him. Ask him to come back and pick up the pile I cleaned. And haul it out. And he told me a number of times he would come out there and take care of it. And he blow me off 3 time. But said he was coming every time. There's plenty of companies in the Norman area. I would probably look elsewhere.

Got a reasonably priced detailed estimate, JMA took down about a 4’ diameter monster of a cottonwood, cut it up, loaded in 3 trips, even raked up saw clippings, all in about 8 hrs time, in 100 degree heat. Very impressed, we will use again.

Reached out to a few different tree services JMA was the most responsive and communicated everything well. They did great work and got the job done quickly. Would hire again.

The tree removal was done on the spot after the initial estimate. Crew also cleaned up and hauled away both trees at a fair price. Detailed receipt was provided. Jacob was very professional throughout. Happy with the results.

Today is 3 weeks since the job was supposed to be done. We still have a tree up that is leaning against our house. They came out and cut a few small branches off and have yet to return to do the rest. There is zero communication unless we reach out first and usually it takes hours to hear anything back. He will state he will be out on this day and the day comes and he doesn’t show up or call to let us know what is going on. If there was clear communication a lot of this could be forgiven. However, Now all of a sudden the phone number is disconnected. Very disappointing. We put good faith in someone and provided half the cost up front (our fault) and now we are out $350 and still have the problem of a tree pushing against our house. Definitely do not recommend this business.

Thank you for your response, Jacob. I will remind you that your work was to be completed in 2 days and after 6 weeks the work was not completed. After several no shows, excuses that equipment was broken, and that you did not have the funds to repair or rent additional equipment, we agreed that you would not be able to complete the job in a timely manner for the pool builders to begin work. In fact, you needed to establish a payment plan with us to refund the money for work that was not completed after we threatened small claims court. We were kind and reduced the rate for you, as you promised to remove a dead cedar in our front yard, that to this day still remains.
