Maid OK has been absolutely amazing. They came out and got everything taken care of quickly, efficiently and everything was pristine. I couldn't ask for better service from working with the staff to set up the appointment to working with the women who did the work. Amazing!

2-25-2019:BASIC PACKAGE IS SCAM!! Customer service is non-existent and you must watch the maids or they won't do their job. Management will not console complaints but will make excuses for their strung out workers lacking work.

DETAILS: A basic package was asked for and quote was provided for a VERY SMALL house(less than 2000 square feet and no carpet). From the okmaid website: "Our basic home cleaning service is comprised of dusting all furniture, vacuuming all carpets, sweeping and mopping all hard flooring, along with cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, bathroom fixtures, and laundry room."
This is not what I got(we have camera in house for dogs so we went back and watched). The vacuum was not ran, the open areas of the house were not swept thoroughly(to my satisfaction, putting hand on ground and withdrawing would leave a layer of dirt and hair on your hand) and no surface was dusted.

Obviously unsatisfied with my service I called the office not 10 minutes after the maids left, a lady named April answered and directed me to the manager Jen. Jen proceeded to tell me that she would not honor the satisfaction policies sent to me by the company with my quote and that no refund would be issued and she refused to settle my complaint with corrective service. After getting my point across that the house is not in any different condition than before the maids arrived and that I wanted my money back, I was hung up on. Maid OK does a great job! We recently tried another company and the first cleaning after returning to Maid OK confirmed our decision to stay with Maid OK. Bre was outstanding! She went over and above and left great notes on a couple of housekeeping issues we needed to address (clogged drain, out of trash bags, etc.)

My house and yard had gotten out of my control, I am embarrassed to admit. I have been using Maid OK for over a month now, about every other week. Now the time before this last one they went out two cleaners, Cheyenne and Haden. They did a pretty good job except that they didn’t clean under the furniture and when I bumped into my sofa there were crumbs everywhere under it. This time I called in to schedule another cleaning and I got a hold of Jennifer who I believe is the boss. Jennifer assured me I would get a different team and that this time they wouldn’t miss under the furniture which was fine, no big deal. But on April 30 they did send out the same team. Haden and Cheyenne and another lady. This time I had told Jennifer I would pay extra if they would pick up my back yard where my dog had gotten into the trash and strewn it about the yard and my kids had toys everywhere. I was told they could do this. After the cleaning I noticed again, that they had missed several things. My stovetop was not done. My floors were not completely swept and there were still trash Like candy wrappers on the floor in some spots. To make matters worse I realized they had used my own cleaning supplies to clean and now I didn’t have any. They used without permission my Fabuloso and my trash bags. They also left dirty rags behind on my counters and left some of my cleaning supplies out where my kids could get into them. For over $200 this was unacceptable so I called to talk to Jennifer. I told her I had pictures and was immediately told that she had pictures too. I asked what she meant and she said her cleaners had taken before pictures. I said ok, but I knew my house was a giant mess which is why I hired you in the first place? I was never informed that they were taking pictures inside my house. Anyway the next thing she did was call me a liar! She said I “lied about the mess”, whatever that means? I told them I wanted them to clean and I would pay them whatever it took. I asked them to stay as long as they needed. I’m PAYING them, what did it matter how big the mess was if I am paying for them to clean it? She said there’s no way my dog got into my trash??? That the trash in the yard was piled up? But my dog did get into my trash and I did not lie. Either my kids stacked it up or the wind did but that isn’t the point. For the boss to immediately dismiss my concerns and call me a liar is so unprofessional that I’m actually in shock they are still a business. I have made a complaint to the better business bureau and am working on a civil lawsuit against this company for theft, fraudulent advertising and child endangerment. I would not waste your time or money with this business. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

I was very pleased. We are living in a constant construction zone with multiple projects going on inside the house, and they cleaned the house above and beyond. They even washed out my coffee pot, which is greatly appreciated and unexpected. I will most definitely use them again.

I contacted MaidOK out of desperation. Being a single mom to 4 kids and a dog I have had the hardest time keeping up with my home. MaidOK was super easy to schedule, very communicative, and most of all did and AMAZING job on my home. I can’t explain how happy I am with their services and the way my home looks. I will definitely be throwing their services into regular rotation. Thank you so much!

Morgan and Tonia did a fantastic job today cleaning my house! You could tell they really cared about doing a great job and getting it right. My kitchen was especially sparkling. It’s so nice to come home to a freshly clean house!

Might be a good choice for you if you're a Yummy Mummy who is actually home all day every day and just doesn't like to clean. I gave them the day and time that worked for me but they constantly tried to move my time slot, telling me "we can't guarantee a time." A couple of weeks ago they showed up on a random day while I was not home, even though they were on notice that it was not an agreeable time.

I got the impression they thought from my voice that I am a lot younger than I am (32) and wanted me to be flexible about my schedule because it was easier for them. However, I am a professional person and doctoral student and that was absolutely not possible. They suggested I give them a key, but they couldn't manage to send the same team two visits in a row; I was definitely not turning over a key when I had no clue who would have access to it. And, like a previous reviewer, I had a team show up with barely any supplies. They asked for a broom and I don't own one. They seemed shocked, but I have an autoimmune issue that prevents me from being able to do a lot of things, and I've also had major back surgery. I can't stoop, bend for long periods, push a vacuum/broom, etc.

This is my second try with MaidOK because Merry Maids in this area is no good. I'm now hiring out privately.

I will start by saying I appreciate their effort to address customer concerns. That said, I have had several problems booking a service with Maid OK. Long story short, they did not show up or call until nearly two hours after my appointment time. The customer service I received after that was sub-par, where they essentially blamed their employees being late on a "miscommunication" when in fact they were just not done with the previous appointment. (Take that as you will - it means their employees do a very thorough job, but it may mean they are not reliable.) When I informed the staff of the details of my communications with their maids, they immediately tried to rectify the situation. Today, they made good on their end of the deal, and for that I am grateful. However, I do not suggest using them for casual cleaning; it seems their real strength is deep-cleaning. I do not believe that it is worth the money or the effort required to get them into your home for anything less.

I scheduled Maid OK to arrive at my house between 10:15 and 10:30. After watching the clock for an hour, I decided to call Maid OK and ask if the girls were still on the way. They claimed they had car trouble and could not even give me a time window of when they would be able to show up. It seemed that they had no intention of calling me and letting me know they weren’t going to make it. I suggested that they find different people to fill in while the original girls tried to fix their car, however they were unable to find anyone else. The lack of communication was really unprofessional and I ended up sitting around most of the day waiting for them to call back.
I understand that situations like car trouble happen, however it would have been nice to get a heads up that they were going to be over an hour late. We ending up calling back and fourth for about 30 minutes and the girls were eventually able to get their flat tire fixed. They finally arrived at my house at about 12:30 and did a decent job cleaning. Unfortunately I will not be contacting Maid OK again because if their issues with punctuality.

This is my first time hiring someone to clean my home...walking in the door after a long day to a clean house was the best feeling ever! I hired Maid OK for the "deep clean" yesterday & they will do the "basic clean" every other week. Maria & Juana did a great job...I was sad this morning when I got in the shower because I didn't want to mess up my pretty & clean bathroom...the glass shower doors looked great! Thank you Maria & Juana for giving me my first stress free evening in a very long time.

I only needed a deep cleaning of blinds, light fixtures and woodwork. Latrisha and Edna did an amazing job!! Great ladies who were very friendly and pleasant and cared about their work. Cleaning didn’t take as long as expected and the quoted price was adjusted. Excellent service! I will refer and use again!

First time I paid for the service (deep cleaning) was very good EXCEPT for things like the fact that they did not dust cob webs; broke the belt in MY vacuum and did not inform me; did not clean the oven; did not dust top of pictures; did not clean the inside of the fridge... the deep cleaning means DEEP!
When I complained there was SUPPOSED to be a credit for the next scheduled cleaning...
the next time not only was there no discount, they did not clean 1/4 of the sf of my home!
The excuse was that the door was closed. I WAS IN THE HOUSE! There is no reason that they could not have asked if it was OK to clean the 500 sf den. (500 sf of a 2000 sf home NOT cleaned... she said there would be a credit for the next cleaning) Yet I was still charged for 2050 SF... without the 10% discount that was previously promised... The owner then said that there would be a credit placed on my account to make up for the "misunderstanding"
Mind you the first credit was NOT applied... and the SECOND credit was not applied.
So I complained again.
Finally,the 3rd chance, I asked the 2 people that came if they were going to wipe the ceiling fans and finish dusting the shelves in the kitchen. The reply was "Our time is up. If you want, I can have them schedule us for more time next time; but it will cost more."
And beyond that.. the ALWAYS fill their vacuum.. then use MINE and NEVER empty the collection cup. Each and every time they came, I have had to empty the cup, dismantle the upper section and clean out the hose of my vacuum... IN ADDITION to replacing the belt from the first visit, where they did the same thing.

We have always loved Maid OK. Today we had a “Make Ready” cleaning which cleaned the entire house top to bottom as we moved out. I could not be more pleased. The ladies are always so professional and detailed. We would recommended Maid OK to everyone who asks!!

Service was transparent and affordable - They arrived on time and professionally cleaned my entire house. The reason they absolutely desire 5 stars is their attention to detail and the little things; they even helped pull some dead leaves off and watered one of my bonsai trees! Stellar service all around, and I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

Two young ladies came to clean my mom's home, spent an hour and half cleaning her place from top to bottom and did an excellent job. They were kind enough to even change the sheets to my mom's bed since it is a lot for a 90 year old to do by herself. Worth the price and will definitely hire again.

They did an awesome job cleaning, but as I stated today when I called we need to work on communication!! You CANNOT call me the busy day before and give me a time of arrival and then text that you’re on your way almost 2 hours earlier. My schedule is tight and as I do for others others I expect that what we agree on is upheld! I’m willing to adjust but with efficient notice!! If this does not work for your business structure then I will have to take my business elsewhere!!

PLEASE NOTE: The women who clean fir me have all done a great job!! This is a business management issue!!

What a joke! We paid $225 for a ‘deep clean’. That is not what we got. Initially, they started out working fast and furiously but it fizzled pretty quickly. In 3 hrs, my kitchen was cleaned, for the most part. Although one of the girls made it a point to tell me that she washed my dishes by hand. I started to put said dishes away and found them still dirty, cookie sheet I had used to bake biscuits still had greasy spots left by biscuits! All of the dishes were like this. The only thing done in the bathroom was sweeping. I asked her to put 2 throw rugs in to wash but she failed to mention that there were clothes already in the washer! She just stuck it all in together! I could go on but it would serve no purpose. I will never use your services again and I certainly wouldn’t recommend your company! *edit* I was surprised to receive a phone call from the office manager who told me that if ‘we’ couldn’t find a way to remove the negative review, the company would have no choice but to tell everyone the condition my house was in. I am disabled and I told her that when I booked a cleaning. I have congestive heart failure and pinched nerves in my back. My house was and is cluttered. I don’t think that makes it ok to do what they did.

I’m just wondering why when you sign an agreement to finish what you signed to do and when you don’t finish it in your time would one have to pay more for you to do your job and what you signed an agreement for?
I am not in your system. I’m going off other google reviews as to what many people who don’t know each other are saying and how it’s the same thing over and over. From the reviews I wouldn’t want you or your maids in my home. From my understanding Rachel wentzel is disabled and her pet is a breed that does not shed. I’ve cleaned her home before on many occasions and never has their been moldy or mildewed clothes. It has also never taken me,as one person to clean her small kitchen 3 hours top to bottom. so I don’t understand how it took 2 of your maids 3 hours? I clean home for a living newly built, lived in, and make ready. It shouldn’t take 2 maids 3 hours in one room. From previous reviews it seems your company has multiple reoccurring issues that have been left unaddressed and you seem to only make excuses for them. Sad way to run a business.

When I sent in a request for a quote, Maid OK called me within 20 minutes to set everything up. Their quote was much lower than one I had received elsewhere and we went ahead and booked for the next day. My house looks awesome and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

I would give them zero stars but since you have to give them one to do the review then one is what they get. I hired them to clean my kitchen, one bathroom, and a half bath, and to sweep and mop the floors. They couldn't even do that in 2 hours so I offered to pay them more if they could stay another half hour to finish the job. One of them said yes then the other one said no. So of course they left and did NOT finish the job. They were so unprofessional and they didn't even bring a broom, they had to use my broom, but they never finished any of the floors at all. The bathroom they supposedly cleaned was disgusting. I have pictures, so take a look at the pictures so you can see for yourself on how they left dirty scum all around the toilet and never even swept or mopped the floor. I called the same day to let the manager know and asked her to call me but she never called nor did she call the next day or the next. I guess that's just the kind of work they do pathetic. Save your money or throw it out the window so some one may find it and put it to much better use. I've never in my life seen such lazy slow do nothing workers!
