Bobby was perfect. I called emerald hVAc on a Saturday morning with a large problem. Not only was he polite. He was responsive and able to come out within the hour. At the end of the day he did a great job explaining and taking pictures and the overall total for the service was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend emerald heat and air and Bobby.

Bobby came out to check and repair the duct work that had been damaged by plumbers two days earlier. He did an excellent job repairing it and servicing my heater for the winter. Bobby has also performed work at my business which are group homes for individuals with disabilities. Bobby also does great work, he is very knowledgeable, professional, clean and is a very nice guy. Emerald is the best Heat and Air company Sarah the owner is top notch- she is very honest, knowledgeable and easy to work with. She installed a new unit at my home in 90 degree heat and provided a loaner to keep me cool. I highly recommend this company.

Bree and her co-worker did a great job on an annual HVAC service. Friendly, efficient, and on time. Service was reasonably priced. Will call again when the time comes. Thanks!

I had a new AC and ductwork put in at my last house by Bobby and Bri, and now a soft start system put on my heat pump at my new place by Bobby. He’s been super knowledgeable and professional every time I’ve worked with him, Bri too. They also made the best out of a really difficult install in a tight attic at my last house and have been very reasonable on cost. I just signed up with their membership club which seems like a good deal. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

We’ve used Emerald Heat & Air for several years. They installed a new unit for us after honest discussion with no pressure, whatsoever (replacing a 25year old system). And they have repaired our (upstairs) 30 year old system a few times. They are always friendly, respectful, considerate and clean. Most recently, they loaned us a portable a/c to help while we waited on a part to be shipped. They are and will always be our first call with anything HVAC related.

We were very pleased with Bobby and his crew for the installation of our new condensing unit. They were prompt and explained the scope of the work thoroughly. Most of all, their pricing is very fair! No bad surprises. I would highly recomend Emerald!

Emerald are wonderful! We have been members of their comfort club for 1.5 years now and they have done a great job every time they come out and service our system. They take their time and are thorough, and they answer all of our questions we may have. I highly recommend them for all heat and air services!

We needed a duct replaced in the attic. Emerald was quick to respond and communicative. Felt they were honest about the issues and options. Pricing was reasonable. We also signed on for the comfort club maintenance plan to keep on top of the system. Very professional and helpful.

This was my first time using this company and they did not fail at making a great impression. Bobby was my technician. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about what exactly was wrong with my unit. Would highly recommend using them for your heating and air needs.

Bobby came out on a very hot Sunday night. He advised me of the issues and the prices. There was not any pressure for other services. He fixed my immediate problem, and we set up an appointment for the next day to implement a long term solution. Great service. Today, they came for the maintenance work I was set up with through their plan. They were there very early in the window I had. I didn’t have to wait until the end of a 6 hour window like some other companies. They were quick and efficient. Bobby and his apprentice were kind and courteous. They are always great even though it was very hot. This company is great. I will always use them and recommend them. Thank you for being a great company.

We were impressed with Emerald Heat and Air after reading good reviews and recommendations a few years ago. When it came time to replace one of our units, Emerald installed a quality system at a very fair price. They've been taking care of our regular maintenance spring and fall - top notch service; everyone I've encountered at Emerald, including one of the owners, has been consistently great to work with over the years.

UPDATE Spring 2025: Still the same. Bree has been doing our scheduled maintenance for several years now. She's very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. It's an added bonus seeing the same person who knows your home and your system. The same can be said for Sydney in the office who is great to work with.

I’ve used Emerald Heat & Air in the past with excellent results. My 24 year old heat and A/C unit is still going great because of them. I am going to purchase a new unit from them without price shopping because of how great the company is. Bobby showed up early and was able to fix the problem within 30 minutes. I’m grateful for the wonderful tech and the wonderful service. I would highly recommend them!!!

Emerald Heat and Air is a company you can trust! They have been prompt, efficient, and reasonable with their price every time we have needed them. We are on their monthly care plan too and for just a little money each month I have the peace of mind knowing our heater and /or our air conditioner will not just quit in us without warning. I’ve had this company come out several times in the last few years and I love them! Bree was great. My time slot was from 3pm-5pm and she was ringing my doorbell at 3 on the dot. Super punctual, super friendly and professional, and got the job done quickly. Definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service!!!!! We called them when our heater went out, it's an ice-cold day, and they gave me a time frame and showed up at that time. Actually, on the early side of that time frame. Our technician was polite, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He was not only able to get our heat back on but also made sure to check the duct work and that we had sufficient airflow through the house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!! If we have any issues again, we will absolutely be using this company.

We're new to this company, but they came highly recommended, and we can see why. Our technician was friendly, very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything, and made no high-pressure sales. That's what customers need in companies these days. It's good to find a company and their employees that have Integrity these days.
