Our air went during the hottest week of summer! Our home warranty (AHS) gave us the run around and we waited for 3 days to see First TIme Heat and Air. Their technician misdiagnosed the problem and said it would cost us $1,000 to even begin to fix it! We called Lashar right away and 12 hours later we had a cool house and great service! The problem was a $200 problem and they even gave us great information on how to care for our unit and what to be on the look out for to avoid problems! The Lashar's care about their customers and building a continuing relationship, not just grabbing your cash and running!

Nothing but good things to say. I had a full replacement of my HVAC system, which ended up being a much bigger job than anticipated for a number of reasons. They responded quickly and did high-quality work despite the difficulty of the job, and the entire team was extremely professional and thorough. I'm very pleased with the new system as well. Highly recommend!

Another company quoted me $10,687 to replace my outdoor unit when it stopped working. Thank goodness I got a second opinion because Lashar fixed it with a $150 part. The technician was able to eyeball the problem within a few minutes and point it out to me. It was inside the unit at the base of the compressor but both guys from the other place overlooked it and diagnosed the compressor instead. Don't listen to Jason White, call Lashar instead!

Lashar is a great company that cares about their customers. I always get a person when I call them and they're always friendly. They don't know me, but they know my landlord by name. Their technicians come out in a timely manner, even when it's the busy season in winter or summer! They've done a great job keeping my rickety, old HVAC unit blowing cold and hot air all year long.

I Ihighly recommend Lashar for thier excellent service and quality work. My landlord had a new HVAC system installed at my residence. The team from Lashar was professional and when they were done for the day it was as if the new system had appeared by magic! There was no mess or trash left behind and they were very respectful to me and the property. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company!

I was blown away by these folks today. Woke up at 5am to no downstairs heat. 1 degree F outside—-46 degrees inside. Called them at 730a, arrived by 930am, diagnosed the problem (bad exhaust motor). They found one in stock somewhere nearby, and had it fixed and heating by 330pm. Amazing turnaround when we really needed it. Exceeded every expectation I had. Customer for life.

UPDATE: A year later, and these folks continue to impress. It sounds simple, but they just do what they say. Every. Time. My parents were without heat, they found the part next day and installed at 5p on a Friday. They are top notch.

From the very first phone call with Katherine, our experience with Lashar has been nothing but outstanding! Katherine is so knowledge and so willing to discuss our issues and possible solutions. Greg came out to diagnose our system. He took me step by step through his process. He is honest, pleasant and such an expert at what he does! Tim came by to discuss our options for a new heat pump. He's the nicest, most informative guy you can meet in the business! In their office, Debra and Liz treat you with kindness. So very helpful and wonderful to talk to. We just had our unit installed a couple of days ago and we couldn't be happier! My parents have used Lashar for years and they now have our home as new lifetime customers!

I’ve never worked with a better firm! Lashar has installed a new system for us and they are super professional and responsive. I highly recommend them for your AC install or repair. They are a great company.

Could not be more happy with the job Lashar Home Comfort Systems did for us. A couple of years ago in the middle of the heat of July when our AC went out, Lashars were quick to do a quick and clean job at a great rate. And today, the day before Thanksgiving guests arrived, our furnace went out and Lashers, once again came through in wonderful fashion. We highly recommend them.

We have used Lashar for the past few years to maintain our heat and air system. This year, it was time to replace the unit. Tim came out and talked to us about our options and was clear on the positives/negatives of each option. He took time to answer our questions. No high pressure sales. The new system was installed yesterday. The crew that did the installation were professional and very polite, and they finished the install earlier than the time estimate I was given. A++ customer service. Highly recommend!!!

I called Friday to have my HVAC system checked over. No issues but wanted to have a technician looked over. Carolin set up a Monday afternoon appointment and called me when the technician was on his way.

John the technician promptly showed up, replaced the filter, looked my system over and cleaned it.

I originally had bought my American Standard system from them 7 years ago. They are great people. Tim Lashar the owner is a great guy.

Calling Lashar was a fortunate move. A friend recommended them. There's a big heating and air company in town that we had a monthly subscription with, but I did not trust them when they recommended an entire HVAC system replacement last winter. Rather than ask for bids for something we simply can't afford, I called Lashar last week, and asked them to come do a repair. Didn't tell them about the prior visit. Dakota came out, did an excellent job, inspected everything, and got us going again for a low cost. It turns out he also used to work for that other company but left because they push employees sell, sell, sell rather than repair. We won't be going back to the other guys. Highly recommended.

UPDATE (May 2025): Lashar has adopted the policy of that bigger company, and now they are up-selling memberships along the same line. They wanted to charge me $170 for a simple AC tuneup, and said the soonest available appointment was July 1 (almost five weeks out). I called a third company, and they're coming in two days for $50. So...it pays to shop around.

I recommend Tim Lashar and his company. His quote compared very favorably (I got much higher quotes with much less detail offered from some of his competitors in Norman). I also appreciated the time he spent with me to determine what I wanted from a new system and how I lived in the house. He also crawled around in the attic checking out the size of my return air ducts, something his competitors did not. And he explained, with as much detail as I wanted, the current state of refrigerants, pricing for new systems, how the one impacts the other, and the kinds of systems now available. When he installed the interior unit and outside units he left the house so clean it didn’t look like anyone had been there. I didn’t have faith in his competitors (pay attention to what they ask you about how you use systems and what you want from them, as well as the detail they’re able and willing to offer about your choices). And, finally, his yearly maintenance contract was much less than that of his competitors. A small but important detail!
