So I bought a used a/c from Oklahomas finest off of Facebook marketplace and it was advertised as a 2023 410a Freon condenser for 600$. I bought and installed the unit and filled it with 7 lbs of r-410a Freon and found out they had switched the compressor out and installed an r22 compressor in this unit to sell online. I questioned the lady who sold the unit online and got the run around from them saying it’s not possible to put an r22 compressor on a 410a unit. Hence the reason for requesting a refund. I contacted the company 3 times and left my name and number for the owner to contact me regarding this matter, I also messaged the woman who sold me the unit daily regarding a refund or a call from the owner, still got the run around weeks later, very unprofessional and they will not make things right. Be careful with any transaction with this company as they do not stand behind their products they sell online, nor will they reach out to make things right if your not satisfied with their services! Very disappointing experience
