EDITED: Owner called me to go over the situation. He was VERY thorough and polite and worked to resolve the situation. I appreciate his explanation and attempt to work it out.
Horrible service. Took 9 days to get someone to come tell me my HWT needed to be replaced and was 2 1/2 hours late for the SCHEDULED appt. AND THEN tried to charge an ADDITIONAL $675 for a covered warranty service call.

This company installed a $15 part on my water heater. It took approximately 15 minutes to perform the work. They charged me $372.14. I was told the service call would be $85. I was OK with that. However, $272.14 is ridiculous for labor. Thats unarmed robbery.. Do not use this company unless you want to pay an unbelievable price.
