Duct Squads did an excellent job on my home A/C. Every member of their team was courteous, honest, and genuine. They're not like the other guys, they're the real deal. Duct Squads actually investigated my problem and tried to find the best solution for me instead of just immediately trying to sell me something I didn't need. I would highly recommend them to anyone experiencing any problems with their air conditioning. From bad airflow to poor insulation to a complete A/C rework, these are the guys you need.

Called in the morning and had a crew out to our home at noon. From the pleasant conversation with Candy who answered the phone, to Jonah that showed up less than an hour after I made the call. Jonah was friendly, professional and explained everything to us after he did his initial overview. About an hour after Jonah arrived he had cleared the dryer vent and was on his way. Highly recommend for dryer vent cleaning.

We are moving into an older home and my wife suggested having the ducts cleaned ... I googled and found Duct Squad and for whatever reason called them first. So, their telephone receptionist scheduling person is Candy and she is an absolute sweetheart on the phone. Got us scheduled same day, they showed up on time and -- um -- I was late. But they did an inspection, it was clear Avi and his brother knew what they were doing, gave me a reasonable quote ... I checked with my wife and she said GO. so we did. An hour and a half later they were done, and showed me before and after pics of what was in the ducts and what they looked like now ... and some great advice on some things to do to maintain our air quality. They also did our dryer vent, which I consider to be a safety issue due to fire risk from clogged dryer stuff. Highly recommended, very professional and detail oriented guys. Greg.

An overall great experience. My underground ducts are now fixed with a 15-year warranty. The guys were courteous and efficient. Even offered to pay for an item of mine that was already broken by me. They were unsure who/what broke it, but the fact they offered to pay speaks volumes. Most companies would try and hide the issue or not take responsibility.
