Great Company!!

The service was good with two Electricians for sure (David & Reuben) they did a great job and told me exactly what they were going to do, but I had some issues with communication and follow up with the company as a whole. Once I paid the money I couldn't get anyone to come out and see what concerns I was having, so I consider that to be unprofessional in itself. The mess they made wasn't cleaned up and I can't tell you which breaker switch belong to which outlet in the house, because it wasn't written inside the breaker box panel. I was told someone would meet me at my house with OG&E to help explain why my services were not working, but it didn't happen nobody from Reid & Reid showed, so OG&E corrected the issue without them. It was bad business all around, I don't recommend them.

Quoted a price $125 to come out take a look. He had to come back out on Monday @ 0700 when it’s cooler to go into the attic. He replaced an electrical outlet and charged $437. Very unhappy with the inflated price & felt like we were taken advantage of. I would not recommend this so called Christian man to anyone. So sad that we can’t trust & support the community that I grew up in.
