My cleaner went above and beyond what I expected and even organized as she cleaned! I am so happy with the service I got and I will be using them again in the future! I got a standard clean and added a deep clean!

The service that I'd used for over 3 years for bi-weekly and deep cleaning suddenly decided to close. They were extremely good in every way, so I had high expectations when I scheduled Elevated. Sammy did not disappoint. I'm planning on using them bi-weekly regularly. Thank you, Sammy! My house looks great!!!

They’ve been here 3-4 times. I’ve been happy every time. I’ve had 3 different people come and each one has done a good job. I don’t have any complaints, but, I took one star off because I would prefer the same person each time.

I do not recommend Elevated Cleaning Solutions. We have tried to give them opportunities to improve but they have disappointed every time. They ruined bath mats and tried to hide it. The house never smells clean after they've been there. The floors don't get mopped. We paid extra for two loads of laundry but stopped utilizing that service because they fold the clothes inside out. One time we came home and the house smelled terrible, not at all like it smelled that morning when we left. We were very disappointed in the service we received over a 3 month period.

Fans, shutters and floors were not cleaned.

Please be aware if you do business with this company.

I signed up for their service and the first visit was okay. Not great, just a typical cleaning company, mediocre. No follow up after the first appointment. If I was focused on customer satisfaction I would follow up after the first visit to address any customer feedback. Strike one.

Fast forward to the second visit, two weeks later. First know that this is in their reminder email "If you need to make any further changes or cancel your booking please do so by 5PM the day before service to avoid a $50.00 late-cancellation fee. A late cancellation is a $50 fee per cleaner assigned that goes directly to the cleaner."

I get a text at 7:15 am saying the cleaners won't be able to make their 8-9 am arrival time and asked to reschedule to the next day. Well, since they charge a fee, I said I'd take the next day if I got a $50 credit. "We don't offer that...." was the response.

Note, that if this had been one of multiple cleanings that would have been ok, but this was the SECOND visit! I understand people call in sick, and that cleaning someone's house is not the most desirable job, but to attract and retain customers you need to be hyper focused on them at the beginning. I have no loyalty to this company, why would I accept their offer?

Just be aware if you use this company.

Updated. The reply makes my case for customer satisfaction. And they “mopped” my floors with a swiffer, knowing they needed extra attention.
