Very nice, checked everything beyond the apparent problem and found more problems. Explained the problems before fixing them even checked if any parts were under warranty. He found a few parts would be covered under factory warranty to reduce cost. I would highly recommend this company.

Quick and responsive when the temperatures get hot or cold. AC responders did their job and did it without pulling my hair out or creating a huge mess.

I wish there were more stars we could give Mr. Buddy. Before Mr. Buddy, we had two different technicians from one of big companies who couldn't (or wouldn't) diagnose the problem and instead tried to sell us a new AC unit. When my husband asked them specifically about a part that might have been malfunctioning they totally dismissed him. Mr. Buddy, not only fixed the faulty part, he also found and fixed a leak we suspected we had, and added freon for a very reasonable price. He is awesome! Honest, smart, and knows his craft! We HIGHLY recommend him!

AC Responders is the most reliable heat and air company in the OK area. Dylan has done a great job taking care of all of our heat and air needs.

Bill came out within the hour of me calling and diagnosed my whole system after another company said I needed to replace it, he found what was wrong and replaced a part and I was back up and running in no time. Honest and reliable. Thank you guys very much !

Buddy is easily the best service man I've ever had across all devices. I had a competitor come and tell me that I had to get a new a/c and tried to sell it to me for $14,000. Buddy came and fixed the lead and added freon for $300 and told me that I could make it a couple of years with the older a/c. A few years later, I finally had to get a new a/c because it was leaking again and the type of refrigerant wasn't available anymore because of federal regulations so he put in a new a/c after we've gone through the highest inflation in 40 years for $8,500. In other words, he beat the competitors 2 year old price by well over $5,000. Besides being incredibly honest, he's also very friendly and just a class act. I recommend him to everyone.
