Braiden took great care of us by throughly cleaning out our blower system, tuning everything up, and directing us with knowledge that was very helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. As always, we are extremely pleased with our experience with ACOCK’s employees!

AC stopped blowing cold air on Sunday. I was stressing because I had a road trip planned for Tuesday, but wasn’t going to leave until it was fixed. Called at 7am on Monday and was asked if someone could be home at 8:30. I had to ask for a little later in the day and it was no problem. Tech showed up right on time, and problem resolved by 3pm. Acock gas my business.

Technician came and made sure our mini split survived Winter Storm Fern. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Cathy answered the phone and was incredibly friendly and helpful. She was able to get us scheduled the same day, which was a huge relief since our heat was out.

We truly appreciated that he did not try to upsell us on anything we didn’t need. Instead, he took the time to explain the issue, offered helpful advice, and made sure everything was working properly before he left.
