We use Bowen for all of our Heat and Air services. Great people, quick service and very knowledgeable.

I don't think I could enough good things about this company. The owner came out himself within the hour, walked around, inspected things, and told my BF what he thought the issue was, made some suggestions for the AC, but didn't charge us. We would have gladly paid.

It's a hot day, and it's hard finding good people. We called 3 other places earlier that didn't answer their phones. He did answer, has his business close to our house, and was very honest.

Definitely will use him in the future as well as any recommendations! 10/10!!!!!

I absolutely recommend, without any reservation, Bowen Heating & Air. Bowen honestly evaluates and recommends what is needed, not what they could sell me, plus they keep existing equipment working as long as possible. And, they are easy to get along with. I've especially appreciated the service Mikey has provided multiple times over the years in the different houses in which I've lived. Bowen Heating & Air has earned my trust.

Second time using them and will only use them moving forward. I called and asked Bowen to come give me a second opinion from a different company who I have a yearly subscription with (big mistake). The other company came out to inspect my unit and told me I had all these things wrong with it and a rough estimate was going to cost me about $5300.

In a panic I called Bowen and they were quick to come out for a free estimate and reassure me nothing is wrong with my unit. The guy who came out actually remembered servicing my unit last summer so that was also reassuring.

The other company hasn’t reached out to me since to “fix” my unit if that tells you anything.
