Carrier has always been my favorite place to go for heating and cooling equipment, they have always been a lot of help.

They seem to have everything, and were very helpful. I was on hold for a bit, but nothing excessive. Once part availability was verified, everything else went extremely well.

They have some very helpful staff. They got some jokes to.

The Branch Manager (Janice) is super helpful and always gets back with me in a timely manner. If I ever have something I need help with I can shoot a text or email to her and if she can't help she will point me in tbr right direction.

The best group of people very helpful!! 10 out of 10!!! Very responsive even after hours Janice is doing all in her power to help us in our situation. When we was in store Jesse was a great help also great team great attitude and very helpful!!! Will always recommend all day everyday!!!

OTR: M-F, 730a-4pm. Follow appointment time. Overnight parking. Bathroom available during hours open. S&R under Red awning. Receiving Dock #9, not marked. Dock #9 is next to fence. Tight lane. Don't hit fence, HVAC units next to fence.

Guys can't even give u the right part u require. Assumed which compressor we needed and ended up wasting our time. Gave them actually model and serial we needed as well just to have to return the compressor in the end.

Customer service at this company was awful. When trying to contact through phone number no one answered. When we walked into the store no one even greeted us, a gentleman was standing there never acknowledged us another associate was there walked off and came back before we were even acknowledged. This is so disappointing for such a large company to have such poor customer service.

Rude people

Lack of management and extremely unprofessional

IT'S A RUDE PERSON THE MANAGER IN THIS STORE.

Get a phone number that works or get out of the field. Nobody in AC has time for this.

Not open on Saturdays even though schedule says open until noon.

Worst parts house in the metroplex.
I will pay extra at other parts houses to avoid this place.
