UPDATE: This review is specific to ClimateMaster products. The company oddly was able to get Google to delete their individual listing......soooo....... I'm adding this review to the parent company. While I'm updating this, I can add additional experience with their products because we're still experiencing issues and most recently had to replace another entire unit. So to date, we have replaced 2 of the 3 entire units on a house. The lifetime of their insanely expensive equipment didn't last 5 years before MAJOR issues started and eventually required complete replacement in under 15 years!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: What a complete disaster their systems are. The initial install is expensive with the expectation that the equipment is high quality, reliable and manufactured by a company that stands behind their product. WRONG! We have had NOTHING but trouble with constant issues - deteriorating coils and parts. Some issues were covered by warranty but the new parts were just as bad as the originals and they are not covered. $$$BUYER BEWARE$$$
