I have residential geothermal HVAC and my A/C stopped working. The technician (Zack) came Saturday night almost at midnight. Zack found the problem quickly, and he had a replacement capacitor part in his van. $271 for a midnight weekend repair, including the part.

Chris Ellis has all the right people to provide customer service that few can deliver today. We have had a couple of service requirements in 7 years, but their 24/7 tech hotline has enabled us to stay comfortable 99.9% of the time, and if a service call is required they set a time, ID the problem, and fix the issue immediately. I built my present 5000 s.f. home 20 years ago. I wanted an efficient comfortable home. I built a complete GEO Thermal home with geo heated floors, geo heated domestic water, and geo a/c. I used the equipment and advice of the Comfort.works team. Chris Ellis and Wes Wostal gave me advice on equipment and design. I have been overly impressed with the total package. Comfort.works advice, equipment, installation and follow up have been excellent. I couldn't be more pleased. Comfort.works are top notch professionals.

The staff here is so incredibly professional. Josh responded quickly to my AC issue. They've always been very fast and professional. Not ridiculously expensive either. They got my unit's problem fixed very quickly.

GEOTHERMAL SYSTEM INSTALL A company is only as good as its leadership and people. The craftmanship and skill of the workers is just as important as the best equipment. This is what makes Comfortworks the best choice for a geothermal system installation. Chris, the manager/ president provided excellent leadership and hands-on supervision. The drilling crew was hardworking and dedicated. Their skill and speed was awe inspiring. Ronnie is a master electrician, excellent system troubleshooter, and problem solver. Andy and Manny did a great job installing ductwork, and they were friendly and fast. There were a few glitches and annoying problems along the way, but thanks to Comfortworks' excellent customer service, all is well. The system works as expected, and I'm saving money and saving the earth. Thank you, Chris. You and your crew deserve kudos for professionalism, skill, and work ethic. I recommend Comfortworks for geothermal installation without hesitation. Thank you all.

We love having a geothermal system at our business. It runs seamlessly and very efficiently. Comfort Works is top shelf, I’ve had a Geothermal unit for 14 years it’s worked great with very little maintenance. There service and employees are excellent. Great company and Climate Master geothermal is also top shelf!!

In this record cold snap, my water pipe burst in the garage closet shared with the heating unit. The water caused the heater to stop working. I called Comfort Works this morning hoping to get on a repair list for early next week. To my surprise, they scheduled for tomorrow but were able to make it today. Yay! Repair tech Chris was friendly, informative, and knowledgeable! Great experience!!

I was excited to find a service provider with excellent knowledge of my Climate Master Geothermal Unit. They were willing to travel 95 miles to my location and provided excellent service! Thank you Zack for the top notch work! Will definitely call upon you again when the need arises!

At the end of July our unit quit working so we had it replaced. The 2 installers Casey and Brian arrived on time and were efficient in their work. I was very impressed with their speed and quality. I would highly recommend using them to anyone who needs heating or cooling needs.

We just had 2 systems installed by Comfortworks. So far, systems are working very well. It seems the house stays at a more constant temperature and is very quiet. Installation was done extremely well considering how much it entails. The people that did the work were very professional and respectful of the property. They were not in a hurry and seemed to take necessary time to do an expert installation. Chris Ellis was very knowledgeable and professional as was the lead installer, Andy. I recommend Comfortworks if you are considering geothermal based on my experience with this company and with the system performance and installation. I can't say anything about how it heats the house yet, but will update review after we use the heating this winter. If heating is like the experience so far, I expect it will be also very good.

We just completed our new 80k sf building and installed Comfort Works Geo-Thermal system. we've occupied our building for 3 months.
I have been amazed at the system itself. Quiet ,efficient and customer friendly! not to mention the simplicity of the system.
I have been in the working environment for over 50 years. I have never had the pleasure of a nicer bunch of people at Comfort Works to work with. Their attention to detail and customer service exceeds all expectations!
I will be putting one of these systems in my home when my old antiquated furnace goes out.

Hands down the absolute best HVAC company out there for commercial, residential, standard and geothermal units!! We've used them for all of the above. After being taken for rides by several well-known HVAC companies, it is a pleasure to be working with honest folks, who are professional, friendly, and great at communication. Easy to schedule with, fair and reasonable prices, quotes and problems communicated directly with us, fixing problems the first time called, stewards of our money by having almost everything they need on their truck when they show up for a job... it's a breath of fresh air! Recommend them for any job of any size!!

Had another company tell me my system was completely worn out and needed to be replaced for over $20k! Chris from Comfort Works fixed my a/c with a simple service call and assured me all was well. Can’t praise them enough for saving me from a predatory company preying on the naive.
