I cannot say enough good things about Direct Air LLC. From scheduling to completion, the process was smooth. The technicians were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly.

The technicians were great and very knowledgeable about the air conditioning system. Work was very thorough that I decided to sign up for the membership program!very happy customer!

Technician was courteous, knowledgeable and on time. Gave my furnace a thorough going over so I am ready for winter. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I am on a service plan and it is hands down the best $26 monthly investment ever!

Second time out, different issue.
Same tech, Joe. He did an excellent job diagnosing the issue and fixing it. Very quick response time, 10 pm email on a Friday night, and tech here at 10am Saturday. Price was fair.

Tech came out in the time frame provided. He was very professional and worked through the issues and got the problem. Thought the cost of service was very fair and would recommend Direct Air in the future.

Online chat very convenient after hours. Next day they called me and got me scheduled the next day! Called ahead of time and very welcoming and friendly. Knowledgeable inside and out of the units and system. Broken down from top to bottom in which he recommended for repairs, with no hassle! Said what he was going to do and do it all the same day! I recommend Josh B and the company to everyone!

We got two different quotes. The first guy said it will be almost $1,000 for some duct work to a bedroom. He told us that we had holes throughtout our system.
Then Direct Air came and the price was half of that other quote. Work time took less than 30 minutes. Turns out it was just one duct with no holes through out.
This company is honest and trustworthy! We are so grateful for them! Thank you Joe!

Josh, with Direct Air, was timely, professional and knowledgeable. He was even patient as the electrician from another company finished up on his part of the job! Thank you Josh for making sure my 90 degree home did not remain that way forever! Amazing job!

Just spoke with Josh about getting our HVAC replaced, and it turns out the situation is t as bad as initially thought. He could've totally taken advantage of my ignorance l, but turns out he's an honest guy. A big thank you! Definitely recommend this company 👌

Direct Air is a great company and I like how professional they are. I am glad I signed up for one of their plans they offer for check ups on your ac unit, water heater and other services during the year. They call you when its time to have your unit inspected then they show up and do a great job. Your air filter is replaced as well. If you have not signed up for one of their plans you need to look into them. The offer 3 different ones with very reasonable prices!

Firs off, we got in contact with another company that we had to call for why they were late. Things happen. After getting here, they said they could come out a few days later and quoted us a price for the job. However, that would have been hard with our family schedule and already had two days off for this. We contacted Direct Air and he came out that day and provided updates for arrival times! :) Then their quote was half the other companies estimate and he let us know the quality of our A/C and insulation on top of answering our questions and was super pleasant, fast, and professional. We're so greatful we found your company. Now we are getting A/C in our room that our toddler will be moved to. 5 stars, highly recommend this company for the Elk City area! I recently had the pleasure of using Direct Air for a water heater installation and I couldn't be more satisfied with the services. The worker who assisted me was not only highly professional but also exceptionally polite. Their expertise and courteous approach made the entire experience seamless. Couldn’t be happier with this company. Not only did they come out on a holiday weekend (on Sunday no less), but they got the call, arrived onsite, and were finished repairing my AC unit within 45 minutes total. Price was fair and the technician was professional, honest, and informative. Would highly recommend.

I called at 7 am in the morning and got an 8 am scheduled appointment. These gentlemen showed up before 8 am. They were very professional and fast working to get our unit functioning properly. I had them check the freon which was a pound low but out dated. There amazing work is what SOLD me on the freon swap, since AI have an Uncle as a Chief Engineer for Mercy Hospital, whose licensed and could have done it. I passed it on to Direct Air for great customer services and promptness on getting us fixed. I highly, highly recommend Direct Air to anyone in need of their services. Thank you all again team! Wonderful service. We recently used Direct Air for their plumbing services. We had multiple toilets and sinks installed, along with a water line and hot water heater repair.

Not only were they fast and professional, the plumbing employee returned on Christmas Eve to ensure the job was completed. They truly care about the customer, making sure the job was complete on the holiday, sacrificing his time to complete it.

Ac went out on a Tuesday was able to call Thursday and have someone come out later that day. Josh was amazing he came and rather than charge my husband what would've been a service of fee of like $300 to replace the part he told my husband what to buy and how to change it. Absolutely amazing service. We will definitely be using them for any ac issues or updates we need in the future!! Thank you soo much.

I was really surprised how fast Josh came out and was able to tell me just what was wrong with my A/C system. And my unit was not able to be fixed and there was no way we could afford a new unit. A couple days later Josh called me and said he was exchanging out a unit for another customer and the used unit would work for my system and Joe was out here putting it in within a couple days and my A/C unit is working again So I differently recommend this company for all your A/C needs these are some great people.
