A friend suggested I give Vu a call since my unit was not cooling. Vu called me back promptly, but due to thunderstorms he couldn't get by that evening. He was at my home the next day, and checked my unit. It needed to be replaced, and he had a new heat pump at my home and installed the next day. Vu and his crew was prompt, courteous and professional and I will continue to use Vu as needed. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

This company is amazing, my home warranty company sent out another company that looked at my AC and put a band-aid on the problem and was 30 minutes late, after waiting a week for the appointment. Vu came out assessed the situation, found the issues and I had cool air the very next day which was a SATURDAY. He worked with my home warranty company to get the majority of the cost covered and I have an entirely new unit now! He was so thoughtful and considerate to go above and beyond because I have a child to make sure the repairs were expedited. I WOULD DEFINATELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

If HVAC Services by Vu was a race car, it would be a Bugatti. These guys rolled in and quickly identified the issue, repaired it, and transformed a 95 degree play room, into the coolest room in the house. Approximately 25 minutes total and they even had time to meet the Cane Corso. You’ve got our utmost appreciation and will be our recommended service provider from here on!

My fiancee's AC went out and we started looking at getting it replaced, we got multiple quotes and Vu was the most reasonable a long with coming highly recommended by a family member. He was able to replace the system in a few hours and did an excellent job. My fiancee was very happy with his work and his responsive customer service. Later in the year my AC went out, and it was an easy call to have Vu come and replace my old system. Vu is now my go to AC expert. Highly recommend sure to his responsive customer service, quality of install, and speed of install. 5 stars.

After not having hot water for dayyys. These dudes came in clutch & helped us out with a new hot water heater. Made our weekend. Couldn't thank them enough. 😁

We needed our air conditioner charged badly, and after a nightmare of botched plumbing by Air Comfort Solutions, I called around. Once I called Vu, and he answered the phone, I knew this is who I wanted to try. Very courteous and professional. Arrived in about an hour (on a Sunday) and got our house cool that afternoon. Even inspected inside the house for potential leaks before the job was done. From now on, if it’s an HVAC issue, I’ll call Vu. So should you.

Vu is a fantastic contractor to work with. He has great products at great prices. My unit went out the evening before and he was at my house with his crew the next morning installing a new one. I’ve shared his contact with many of my friends who have had great experiences!

My air conditioner capacitor went out due to a power outage the other day. I was out of town and had to coordinate services with a family member since I couldn’t be there, and Vu kept me in the loop and let me know what was going on! He was punctual and got out within an hour of me calling and had the issue fixed. Will use him going forward!

Edit to add: Vu also does plumbing services and helped me with a plumbing issue without the expensive weekend rates!

Excellent with Above and Beyond Service! The first HVAC service company I called could not repair our unit because they did bring a ladder (unit is on the roof). Since it was Friday afternoon, they told me they couldn’t come back for another 2 days and that my unit would need 4-7lbs Freon at $150 a lbs. I called HVAC Services by Vu shortly after at 2pm Friday afternoon. He was at my place by 4:30pm. He keeps a ladder on his truck and immediately knew what was wrong and filled the unit with only 2lbs Freon. Our A/C was up and running before the long weekend. He was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend HVAC Services by Vu!
