Fast and professional. I called with the motor part number I needed to replace, and they had it waiting for me at the desk when I arrived.

Speedy service and had the part I needed. I noticed a couple AC repair technicians there from different companies. They seem to supply to professionals but they show respect to the regular ol' handyman.

It's always a joy to walk into Johnstone and deal with the guys behind the counter. I received great service there. They have a lot of parts that I can't get other places locally. They don't mind going the extra mile and researching into a project or problem that I have. They also have a tech support guy that knows his stuff and is willing to work with you. I recommend Johnstone! Shout out to Jeff, Keith, Manny, Brandon, and Reynaldo.

Giving 3 stars based off return experience. Initial sale was great.

If you are a licensed HVAC professional I'm sure this place is great. If not, make sure you do your homework on the part needed. It will be yours when you walk out the door. I was unable to return my product the day after purchase.

When I pulled my receipt out the individual said "Ahhh, Sorry today is no return Friday. HaHa". Little did I know this was a passive aggressive statement not a joke. All I did was hook an electric lead to the part. It had been 12 hours. Clearly not running the part in my unit. This may be customary but the comment just made it seem like the company doesn't care for customer returns. I'd work on that in the future, even if its not a contractor account.

Didn’t take return

You can normally find what you need here, unfortunately they will steal from you on their pricing. 75 bucks for a $14 cutoff switch. Kick rocks, that’s crazy. These guys forgot that there is Amazon, or even locally you’re better off going to Jackson Supply or Locke Supply. Don’t waste your time getting gouged by these guys.

Horrible customer service take your money somewhere else

No longer selling to anyone unless you open an account! Stupid

Do your research before you buy from these people. Unless you are a contractor I would never buy from them. Paid $160for a part that I bought myself so I wouldn't have to buy from a contractor and pay them $450. Because the contractor didn't buy the part I needed and that particular part I bought from them was faulty they won't return it.
