M. Davis Mechanical came out to work on the condo unit above me. I had been waiting on the HVAC company who was coming to work on mine and thought he may have been the guy He explained that he wasn't but quickly diagnosed my problem as well...it needed cleaned. So he took at a house and politely cleaned all 4 units that were sitting there. I was utterly shocked and asked him if I could give him anything for his trouble , but he just told me I "should be a lot cooler now." Classy guy who did a good deed out of kindness.

Both techs were very professional, they arrived quickly to help us with our heating issues. We will use again in the future!
