I have been a customer for over 15 years. We just had a replacement for an 18 year old air conditioning unit that had finally seen its day. The replacement is quieter and more environmentally friendly as well as being more efficient. The replacement job was quick and there was no mess for me to clean up. And the new unit works as advertised.

OK Air has been servicing our units for years. They are courteous and give us a call if the time schedule changes. They take their time to make sure the units are cleaned well and serviced properly. It eases my mind to know they are checked each year.

Oklahoma Air, Heating & Cooling is a FANTASTIC company. I called at 1:30 today about issues we were having with our air, and our air was working by 5:00 this evening! The lady I first spoke to when I called (I'm so sorry I don't remember her name!) was so patient with me. She reassured me, and answered all of my questions. Our tech Steve was awesome, too! He arrived right on time, was professional, and took the time to explain what he was doing. He even answered all my questions about how specific things worked, what certain wires did, etc. I was "blown away" by the amazing service we received, and by the cool air that is now pumping through the house. Thank you for taking such good care of our family, and for not overcharging us. I will be recommending your company to my friends and coworkers!

Oklahoma Air installed my Lennox Heat and Air Unit July, 2014. They come out twice a year for the units maintenance/health check. They are professional, pay attention to detail and always thank me for letting them take care of my Heat/Air needs. I recommend them to others.

OK Air Conditioning is a superb company. Got home from a week away and my heater did not work. Called OK Air Conditioning the next morning at 6:00 a.m. on a Saturday. A technician, Brennan, was at my house by 8:30 a.m. Fixed the problem in a short time. He took the time to explain to me what was broken and what he was doing to fix the issue. The cost was reasonable and fair. This company deserves your business and is the top AC/Heater systems in OKC. I am going to sign up for their annual Preventive Maintenance Plan, another outstanding and reasonable program offered by this company. I most highly recommend this company......you can't go wrong.

Have used Oklahoma Air for several years before they installed my Trane HVAC system in 2013 and have used them annually on their maintenace plan every year since. They also installed a new hot water heater 2 years ago on the same day the old one started leaking. Have never been disappointed in their service.

Oklahoma Air recently installed 2 new Trane heating and cooling systems in our home. Worked with us to select the most efficient system for our home. They worked around our schedule for the installation. Kept us updated on the status of installation and followed up after completion . We would recommend Oklahoma Air for your heat and air needs.

Oklahoma Air (OA) installed my Heating and Air unit. They do my yearly maintenance, once in the spring/summer and again in the fall/winter. So my unit suddenly stopped working on a day the temperature was above 80 degrees. I called OA and they fit me in the same day. Mr. Mike (my technician) did his thing and figured out the issues. He was so nice and explained everything and answered all my questions. Luckily my unit still had 3 months on my 10 year warranty with OA. I would definitely recommend OA to anyone. Everyone is so nice from the people in the office answering the phones to the technicians. Someone even came from the office to bring Mr. Mike a piece of equipment he didn't have. Best company ever!

We have been customers of Mike and Cathy's at Oklahoma Air since they first opened their doors 20 years ago. Mike and his crew take great care of us and just two years ago put in a brand new heat and air system by Trane. Mike's company has a great financing deal with Wells Fargo and we did not pay a penny in interest for our two year note. Mike and his crew did a considerable amount of extra work and improvements in our home, including adding new ducts, redirecting air flow, and cosmetically improving the whole project. The men worked in a timely fashion and best of all, Mike, who has become a good friend over these years, took personal care of our installation to make sure it came off without a hitch. You can put your faith and trust in Oklahoma Air. It is a company you can count on.

Oklahoma Air epitomizes what every company should strive for - they're on time for appointments, and if there are any issues they take the time to explain them. I recently moved into a new home, and assumed the humidifiers had been hooked up correctly. Oklahoma Air determined that none of them had been hooked up correctly and they solved the problem - a problem I wouldn't have known about if it weren't for their conscientiousness and superior work ethic. I feel like a valued customer - I don't know why people would use any other company than OKLAHOMA AIR!

Oklahoma Air has been servicing our A/C and furnace sing 2011 when they performed the total system replacement at our 30+ year old house. They were right on the money and scheduling was easy. We have maintained the units since installation under the annual service contract. Never have had a problem. They are easy to work with and scheduling is a breeze. Oklahoma Air will repair your unit without trying to sell you a new unit. They also will install a unit and maintain it. I have had two systems installed for two zones. They are extremely competent and totally honest.

I use Oklahoma Air Heating Cooling for maintenance on my A/C and Heating units and through the years they have kept and maintained them in excellent conditions. It’s part of the preventive care for the units to make sure they work good during the hot or cold season. The service is very friendly and the technicians are extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services.

Oklahoma Air has been a blessing to us. In the heat is summer our 20 year old system quit. Mark brought a portable unit out an kept us cool while they installed a new system. Great owners, proffesional employees, good product and very good prices. Keep up the good work Mark and Cathie.

Oklahoma air is amazing! They came to our home to fit us for the right unit after ours died a few years back. They took the time to educate both myself and my husband on all things heat and air so we could make the wisest decision on the perfect unit. Because of the education and the smooth installation process we’ve enjoyed a pleasant indoor climate in both summer and winter for these past few years. Cathy at the office always texts us when it’s time for our maintenance and sets an appointment that suits our schedule. She is one of the best and nicest office managers I’ve had the pleasure to coordinate with. Our tech always gives a courtesy call to let us know when he’ll be arriving. In the event that the tech is going to be late (I think happened once), Cathy called to let me know he was running behind, I believe it was only a difference of ten minutes. Another thing I appreciate is that you pay for your maintenance once a year, that payment is applied for both Spring and Fall. I could go on and on but I’ll stop here by saying, this is the best family owned heat and air company we’ve dealt with and will stay with this company as long as we own a home.

OK Air replaced our 2 AC/Heat systems a year ago, and this installation included a year of service. We liked the service, and renewed for the 2019/2020 heat/AC season. The tech sent out was today on time, he was knowledgeable and customer friendly, and price was reasonable. Would recommend this company for both install and service.
