Timothy was very efficient and friendly. In addition to addressing the water leak in one of the HVAC rooms, he went into the attic and found a hole in the covering for the plenum. He said that hot attic air is being sucked through the hole, making it very difficult for the air conditioner to cool the air. He will have someone address this problem in the near future.

Timothy did an excellent job. He is always polite and very knowledgeable . He works quickly and gets the job done.

Everything about the service I received was professional, and courteous. The convenience they offer to me is invaluable, and I will continue to call Timothy and Silvernail when I need service.

I called Silvernail's after calling another company (Amped Home Services) to clear a clogged tub drain. Amped came out first, told me my sewer line was broken under the slab. They estimated the repair at between $18,000 and $28,000. They did not attempt to clear the clog (and charged me $300 for the sewer line camera). Silvernail's came out and also ran a camera. They did find a break in the line but it was in the yard and is a relatively easy fix (dig a hole and replace the pipe). They also cleared the clog. I don't have Silvernail's invoice yet but I am very confident that it will be reasonable.

Timothy is exceptional! So kind, so efficient and explained exactly what was happening and what the expense would be. He arrived shortly after my call to Silvernail - just excellent service all around!

Started diagnostics and repair 1.5 hr after I first called for service! Excellent service! Repaired issue quickly and efficiently. Cleaned work area and left everything in pristine condition. Great guy. Explained everything in detail so anyone could understand. Had everything in truck to repair and gave preventive maintenance tips. 30-35 minutes from nothing to working unit. To say I'm impressed is an understatement. Wish I could do 20 stars because that's exactly what I think. Fan dam tastic period
