Wow! Corey from Arrow Exterminators called to remind us of our appointment, then got here right on time! And we live way out in the country! Oh! And he called when he was 4 minutes out. It’s nice when competent, caring folks are part of a good business.

After maybe 3 years now, they have always been easy to schedule, prompt, courteous, and most importantly gets rid of any pests (which stopped showing up completely when I gave in to spraying on a schedule instead of “saving money?” by calling only after I see too many pests).

My lawn is so much worse after a year of using Arrow for weeds. Nearly $1000 just down the drain. My neighbor is canceling them for the same reason. I wouldn’t even consider hiring them… I mean unless you want your grass to look like this. I should be refunded every bit of what I paid.
