Chase was great and very detailed in his explanation on the water heater damage. Gave me multiple options to fix that fit my budget.

Chase was great. He was able to come repair my problem quickly and efficiently. Even late in the day on a Friday! Very knowledgeable and experienced. If you are looking for someone very detail oriented than this is your man.

Chase came over to make sure our fireplace gas line was functional same day as we called. He was very professional, helpful, and didn’t even charge just for an evaluation. Would highly recommend him for any work needed to be done.

Chase has done extensive work on a rental property of ours, from snaking lines, replacing water heater, replacing washer drain, replacing cleanouts & even repiping the water lines overhead. He is always quick to answer, quick to get on the job & has been very honest (hard to find!) & reasonable, price-wise. He is our go-to for any plumbing work, regardless of the job, as you can tell from the above (all of those were seperate calls...). Best of all, he's got a great network of resources to help with the cleanup & repair if needed, whether that be a sewer cam, tile-work (including tub surround), concrete work, you name it. Hope you never need it, but if & when you do, do yourself a favor & call Chase The Plumber first.

Thankfully Chase was able to come replace my hot water heater quickly. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable, polite and reasonably priced. I am so glad to have found my new plumber!

Chase and Jacob came out to look at a problem I was having in my main septic line and give me a potential quote. I had other plumbers had told me they would have to rip out my shower and flooring to locate the problem and then fix the issue estimated at 5k+. However, Chase offered a different, cost effective, and less invasive solution. He’s a standout guy, even took a look at a line running to my dishwasher and a quick fix for some standing water. He didn’t charge a dime, just a good guy willing to help. It’s hard to find someone who is more willing to help you out than make quick money. I cannot recommend him enough and will be working with him the future.

Awesome service from the initial phone call speaking to Chase to the work provided by Jacob. They worked with schedule my appointment with me to being on time for the appointment. Jacob was detailed in answering my questions and did a great job on the repairs. Thank you to all Chasetheplumber staff.

Second time at two different properties I’ve had Chase and his team out. Both times we’re really positive experiences with the second time Chase coming out himself last second to help me out with a broken laundry shutoff valve. Really great local plumber, stop scrolling and give Chase a call. Will definitely call back for any future issues.

I highly recommend ChaseThePlumber! We had a water leak under the house and our 109 year old house always has extra challenges whenever something needs repaired. Chase and Jakob arrived promptly and found the issue. It took a while for them to hunt down the replacement pipe to fix it, since ours is a weird size, but they found some and got out here that evening to to fix it. He didn't want us to go another day without water, and I really appreciated that. It's nice to find a good honest plumber that is reasonably priced and does good work.

Always a great experience with Chase and his team! This past time, we had a leaking pipe under the house and called Chase late in the evening. He was able to get it fixed the very next day. Very reasonable pricing and wonderful service. Would recommend this company time and time again!

I had Chase and his team out to bid on a potentially significant residential job (based on assessment from a different plumber), and they ended up tracing the issue to the city line, which saved me from spending a bunch of time and money on unnecessary repairs.

The whole team was awesome to work with; the guys were down-to-earth and knowledgeable, and based on their candid transparency, professionalism and work ethic as they fleshed out details for an estimate that ultimately wasn’t necessary, I’d have no hesitation hiring them in the future.

I’m not sure why it stuck with me, but at some point Chase told me “I want to be your plumber,” and after watching how they handled things today…I think he’ll be the first one I call. (other than the city to make sure it’s not a problem with their line again…😜)

Chase and his helper, Jacob were so professional. They were able to rebuild the plumbing for the tub in my master bathroom. They told me that because of the type of faucets that I have, it was built to be repaired and not replaced. They did an excellent job and I am so grateful for their quality and professional service. I highly recommend them

Chase the Plumber and his associate have done multiple jobs for me. Chase even came and turned my water off on a Friday night, when it was running everywhere. He had plans with his family, but he still came to help.

He and his associate have replaced a hot water tank, and helped me update my toilets and faucets. They even fixed a leak in the wall with out cutting much into it.

He does great work at very reasonable prices and is prompt on the job. Any messes made are cleaned up. I will continue to use him and his associate.
