I have used Payless Plumbing on several occasions and they are always quick to respond and quick to dispatch. They were super busy with repairs from the recent winter storm but they were still able to dispatch and provide same day service to clean out my sewer line. Thank you for amazing service and very reasonable rates.

We recently had a leak, and they were able to come out quickly and find the location of the leak. Although it ended up not being plumbing-related, they worked until they found the exact cause. We've been using them for over ten years for issues ranging from dripping faucets to water heater replacement and have always received excellent, professional service.

Very pleased with the service and communication. They worked me in with very little notice and were very fair and amazing people. So glad to have a new water heater and a dedicated technician that went above my expectations to help me.

Had a guy snake one of my pipes outside and completely ruined my garden. Knocked vegetables off my plants, and even tore some in half. Not like they're hard to see either! Just careless

Had a pretty big leak around hot water tank, he came out to look at it and didn't even attempt to fix anything said we will have to wait til Monday. So either let it flood the house or no water for 3 days WITH KIDS AND A BABY. not cool

6 days. 6 days they have left us with a leak and no hot water heater. Says they called back to schedule us but they definitely haven't! Got a 8 month old who can't be put in the floor to crawl around and play because of the leak flooding our living room.

We have done business with Payless for several years. Originally, we were happy with their service, but recent work has been sub-par. We sold our home and an inspector found some problems that needed to be addressed. Payless had done the original work and should have known the issues at installation. They charged a premium price to fix what they should have done properly in the first place.

Didn't give notice, broke equipment by using our intension cord which was underrated for the equipment they was using. Never should of been back there, never should of been using that cord and refused to pay for the damage.
